We can start off with attending the customer instead of having them scan a code on the wall. I was there for an hour and a half and the last 30 minutes they want to help me and do their job then they give me a truck that didn't even have a motor cap on it so the hour drive that I had made to go to the unload, the truck was smoking and oil splattered everywhere then to wait four hours just to get another truck worse experience I've ever had with you guys never again

While the vehicle was clean and operated well, the furniture pads were another matter. Upon unpacking the pads, both myself and my wife developed a significant rash on our arms and chest. We immediately desisted use of the pads and simply moved them to the side with gloves on to avoid touching them more. When I went to return the vehicle the garage attendant asked if I could fold the furniture pads and I declined noting the rash that we received. He said "Oh yeah, I never touch those things because they give me a rash all the time". This poses a significant health hazard to more vulnerable populations and all furniture pads at this location are either compromised or else should be removed. I will not be going back.

My bank doesn't even ask for that much information and a normal rental car company sure as hell doesn't. I will NEVER rent again rent a moving truck from U-Haul so long as these absurd policies remain in effect.

It took 45 mins to check in. These two ladies helped a lot. At one point the check in couldn't verify my location (though all my location services were on) and asked for the bar code of the location. Neither of them knew about this and the barcode we found on the door didn't work. It is very frustrating and I think I will try to rent through Home Depot from now on. The trucks aren't maintained well and I could tell the manager and the women helping me didn't like the guys who serviced the trucks. Uhaul wants to be digital but their app and check in process is awful.

The reservation got very close to being canceled because I was 30 min late to arrive and I spent 30 min in the parking lot trying to get through the app. i was also charged for a Dolly that I didn't get and for a pack of packing blankets that I had to just take from the shed because no one was around, which didn't feel right... overall I wasn't thrilled with my experience..

None were in the truck when I checked, and then I was informed that there were none of any of these available. I understand inventory can be tough to manage, but I could have at least been notified before I picked the truck up.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the speed, but this is just something that would make the service stand out even more. I do not recommend using the app to pick up or drop off the rental. It's not a good app; it's not user-friendly. And it takes longer because of the authentication part. The app misses the whole point; it's supposed to streamline the process and make it easier for customers.

Daniel GarciaI rented a van for 4 hours and used it to move a piece of furniture. I drove for 17 miles in total and put $7 gas into the van, I retuned the van with more gas than I took it out. But I was charged $36 for gas, after much explaining, the place still would not give me back for the gas fee charged. Unbelievable. I had to call the 1800 number to get it refunded. The 800 customer service people are very helpful and friendly.

I told him that it smelled bad. The odor was so bad that I had to keep the windows cracked from DC to Crum Lyn. The floors were so dirty that I had to be careful about what I placed on them. I had to clean and disinfect anything that touched the floors before I could bring them into my home.

I needed to storage my stuff on the 27th of jul, so between go and get my stuff and come back, the store would be closed, so the least I would have expected as a some sort of compliment for a new customer would have been to wave the after hour charge for a day, no big deal it is just a thinking, and the to be obligated to buy some specific sort of padlock it is kind of absurd but anyways it is what it is other than that I rate your service average. Customer service? Excellent. Policies? Not very good for customers. My opinion.
