The lady who waited on me was absolutely WONDERFUL. I am not tech savvy at all, and she was so patient with me and with the customer ahead of me. She made everything so pleasant and clear and easy. I couldn't have asked for better service unless she drove the truck for me herself.

It is an older facility, but you can tell the crew cares about keeping it clean and safe, and they provide exceptional customer service. The elevator is extra large, and there are plenty of carts for moving things up and down. It's indoors and it's warm and dry and clean.

I liked how I was treated at this location. Uhaul storage center manager Mellisa B was very professional and courteous. Melissa engaged me with conversation about my move and the day. She has been at this location for many years and understands customers needs. I was processed very quickly at check in. I was in and out of there in no time. From the moment I entered the Storage Facility I was greeted with a smile and some conversation. Upon returning my Uhaul truck I was greeted again with a smile and some more conversation. Sarah RThe maps do not reflect the streets and alleys very well, so it was difficult to understand how to navigate to the loading/unloading area. It was also very confusing to me on the keypad entry processes (i.e. check in on this keypad, open door on that keypad, close door on this keypad, etc.) If the lady was not there to help me understand the process, I would have struggled with it. Other than those minor snags (which may have been answered if I read the paperwork more closely), it went very well. The lady working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Give her a raise.

Maurice FHonestly everything with the u-haul was fine, but the staff made me feel like I was completely rushed. To my knowledge I didn't think we had to pay for the U-Haul until after, I wanted to pay with it with a different card after I returned the U-Haul and was unable to and both the general manager and another worker told me they couldn't do it. I honestly believe it was just because they were too lazy to do it. I was all over the place when I first got to the U-Haul and it felt like the general manager there didn't have a lot of patience. I had just gotten off of work and I had dropped something on the ground and even lost my lunch box. It was a purple lunch box that I thought that I left there, but according to the management and another worker I didn't. Overall I probably won't use this U-Haul place again. I used it because it was convenient because I work across the street and was able to walk over after work to get my U-Haul. This U-Haul is already very small and tight it was unfortunate that I had to deal with the short fused staffing.

You may have to do this a few times for it to work. This made thing frustrating to do anything in the unit. Reset timer or better sensors.

I called and spoke to a guy at Uhaul about the message, he said, " there may be a problem with your unit, we need you to come in and take a look at it. I told him I was out of the country and would come in when I returned. He just said ok, he never said that my unit had water leaking in it. When I returned I went to Uhaul to see that it was a bucket catching water outside of my unit and water running from under the door out onto the outside floor. Upon raising the door there was water and mildew everywhere. All of my mother things were ruined ( she had died a year before I rented the unit). Her dresser was ruined and mildew, her tables she left me. Photo albums were ruined, her hats were gone. This is still so emotional for me and has put me in a state of depression to know I can never have these things back. Then the slap in the face, was the claim. I could not get any kind of value on things that were old (antique) the albums could not be replaced. I received nothing for a lifetime that was lost. I would never give any money to Uhaul or recommend them to anyone I know.
