Ms Ana R. A sales associate representative of u haul was quality representatives and customer service assistance. She Made my storage experience excellent with great customer service knowledge and assisted with a small emergency Of needing to switch units effortless , she had equipment available and clean storage facility from now on the 14th illinois Uhaul team is my go to team for moving quality customer service, while shorthanded no excuses all effort and it showed representatives of such caliber are hard to find today and i'm grateful for the assistance in a high stress situation made painless. I am truly grateful Mr. K.C. Seals

Lancelot S | Overall Experienceafter messing up my truck rental order pickup at there location and me practically begging them to help me find another location with the same size truck that day, I ended up dishing out another 125 bucks for a temp rental, because the other location manager was too creepy to trust renting a storage there. when I walked in and said, I wanted a truck for a date, I wanted to make sure It was mine regardless if I came in late, I would have paid up front for it; didn't know it was a reservation only. the girl with the fluffy hair and nose ring took my order for the truck, I did my storage order online; seemed like I had more options to choose from than trying to get information from a listing staff member who seemed reluctant to show me storage units, even after they gave away my truck. after closing my unit over ten days early, they didn't at least say thank you, instead it was,"Your account will be closed, after you punch out of the building." no smile, and almost confused look in their face, as if they were looking for something etched in their forehead. this was the second time I used this facility, last was fall of 2015, I would use it again, maybe there will be an online ai program running online, to understand my needs, and not group feedback of questions that are different topics together to blur proper anders. good luck.

MYRA B | Overall ExperienceHonestly the location is clean and well maintained. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem is that entry to the storage facility is down a single lane alley that has cars zipping both ways on it. also its not very accessible for anything over 10' long and 10' tall. So for me with a 20' U Haul it wouldn't work. Then to top it off my unit had a Pillar smack dab in the front of the unit as you open the door. I would have even gone here hads i Know these things but that the problem with online check renting.
JEREMY B | Overall ExperienceI think access to storage should be 24hours so you don't have to keep the truck as long and can get to your items whenever you want to. Especially if your storage is for temporary and you need to go back and forth for thing like clothes and etc
Monycia S | First ImpressionsMelissa Bowman is a pain, her nonchalant and dry attitude as well as her not listening really makes the hard job of moving even harder. She is truly made each interaction with her grueling. Up to and including charging me for another month after I told her to stop the auto pay. The setup of the store is inconvenient and difficult. Having to punch in twice makes no sense, the threat of the freight elevator breaking down and Having to hump heavy furniture up and down 5 flights of stairs is ridiculous, as well as others being inconsiderate and leaving thr door open and you having to go search to see what floor it's on. Overall it was a nightmare. With ms. Bowman at the center of the bad dream.
