EDNILSON SWhen I received the vehicle, the gas tank was on empty, and I see that I was still charged for the gas fee. That was unacceptable. I had to fill up the tank with gas to get to my location.

MARC MOur service was great! We had a bit of a mix up with the address our box was going to. I called uhaul in Surprise, Az and it was all taken care of within minutes. Highly recommend using a Uhaul box for long distance moving.

Bad customer service with unreasonable charges ultimately cannot hide behind a contract. Your policies are faulty and your service representatives are forced to defend them without giving real assistance to your customers.

John Myou people need to get your sh** in order, i took an uber to this location only to find out that they didnt have the truck. apparently the truck was in rutherford n,j. so i had to take another uber to that location. i never got any confirmation that i had to go to a different location to pick up the truck and spent extra money to get there and this is not the first that this happened to me

John AI moved in today and was told there would be a lock in my unit. There was not a lock when I went to check out the locker this morning so I called customer assistance. They said they'd bring one to my locker. I waited 15 minutes before I needed to leave for work. I went back around 8pm and there still was not a lock. I am using my own for now but read that the lock that comes with the unit is safer. Can I please be provided with my free lock? Other than that, the locker was very clean and the staff member in the front office was very nice. Merci.

Carol PI recently rented a van and a 10x10 unit, I needed to rent again only 3 weeks later and what I can say is this facility has the best customer service and management that I have ever seen. The facility is clean and the rental trucks are always clean, ready and waiting. When I went to pickup the rental I met the manager and she was so professional and fun to deal with. She greeted me with a big smile and was so nice and cheerful first thing in the morning I really enjoyed my experience. People are very quick to leave bad reviews so I just wanted to leave positive feedback. I won't use her name because I don't know if that's very safe. .but she knows who she is.

The woman behind the counter (whose name I cannot recall) was extremely pleasant and responsive to my needs the 3+ times I c.ame into the office. She kept her cool when an irritated customer gave her a bit of an attitude. The facility in general was very clean and it was nice to unload the truck in a warm temperature. The only drawback was that there were no 10 x 15 storage units available although I reserved one online but that is not the fault of anyone at U-haul. I recognize that some time the availability isn't real time on the website. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!!

Sondra M | Online Move InFor starters, the staff is awesome! I was doing a quick pick up a truck to get some furniture and put it storage. I had a short amount of time to get the truck and when I say was accommodated!! I wish I remembered the lady's name that worked the evening of March 3, 2022 because she was soooo nice and helpful. She got me in the truck withing 5 minutes! I did my pick up and was back within an hour. She sent me straight to my storage unit and we got everything in there. It took a little longer so we ended up finishing a few minimal after closing. I returned the truck and she was kind enough to come and make sure I understand the return procedure. The lock on the unit didn't work. She assured me that she would take care of the next day. I was a little nervous so we stayed the night in the area and came back the next morning to make sure everything was done. She hadn't arrived at work yet but the lady that was there was just as nice and helpful. She finished my return AND gave us the new lock for our unit. I appreciate them sooo much!!

Adam D | Expérience généraleThe CS agent was great! One problem to note. When I tried to leave the facility the door wouldn't automatically open. I had to manually push the open button. That's not a huge deal. BUT the small door on the side of the building that is supposed to allow single person access did not work. The attendant said it was often not working and management had been notified several times to fix it. But it was still not fixed. That means the attendant had to leave his desk many times during the day to help folks. It would not be good if I was trying to get into my unit at night an the door did not work. Suggest management should get it fixed. Also, an outside large vehicle door has been broken for weeks. It still has not been attended to by management. I'm paying $125/mo for a facility that is not in full working order. :/

The message I got after completing the rental didn't clearly explain that there were multiple buildings on the site (they appear to be connected from the outside) and my unit was only accessible from certain entrances. As a result, I spent even more time trying to find the non-existent unit. Anyway, the office was helpful in getting everything sorted out.

In addition, I had to pay $38's late fee for just 2 days late payment. I requested the waiver of the late fee several times but the manager rejected. And, it took long long time to talk to customer services. Finally, they charged for a whole month even if we moved out on the middle of the month day. The staffs were friendly except the manager.

Carlos L | Premières impressionsFacility is well maintained and easy to access. Security could be improved though. The doors for loading open automatically even though they are occupied inside. We were moving in and group of movers came and asked to move our car as if it was their right to use. They were rude to my wife and I had to decide not to argue as they were bullying and take my car out. They dont see the red light indicator, it should simply not allow them to come in if its occupied. Also the door inside has check in swipe machine but its always open every time I have been there and feel like anyone without a card can go in easily as the garage doors open without any access card.

It came in handy as my new place wasnt ready foenthe move. The facilty was close by and convenient for me so It worked out really well. I needed one extra day to move and the manager okayed it.

CARLOS A | Premières impressionsFirst off, the staff WAS friendly. Helpful, absolutely not. And the blame goes to the manager of course, Carlos Canaan. I planned to move all my storage items to U-Haul from my other locations for many reasons, but had to move out due to something simple. They could not correct the alarm from going off every time I opened my unit. I did everything correctly and reported this issue multiple times (8 or more). I was going to move to another unit until I realized if I have the same issue I just busted my butt moving my stuff for no reason. Therefore I just moved out. Yes the staff silenced the alarm each and every time I opened my unit up, but I could not go to load or unload during off office hours.

When I cleaned out my unit, I left a muffler (2ft long) a radio and 1/4 pie table in the Green area and I was told that i was gonna be charged for disposal...like really... Not a happy customer.
