My nephew left key at home on the 2nd day. We are 1 1/2 hours away. Had to pay $50 to break lock.....outrageous for easy solution after other fees.

Also, when you have parked in the bay and the light outside is red, the door should NOT open. Multiple times someone parked right next to me in the bay. Yugeily and her staff did an excellent job of moving people out but they should not have to do that.
