if we do online verification and we do it inside the shop, cell reception is poor, then we have to go outside to finish the process (not great if it's winter time)

Keep your promises and the price the same soon as you make reservations through the phone not to change it at the last minute and we have to pay more money and scene that we can pick up a truck in the location that I scheduled for the original time

Everything was good except for the guy that received the car at return. Was not friendly and had attitude. That i think is not good service. The other guy CARLOS hi knows how take care the customer He gives me a great service. They gave me a very beat up truck. I booked 26' truck days earlier and they gave me a truck with 154800 something miles. It had (ABS) light aleady on which I later got to know is a dangerous thing for braking. The truck shakes voilently all the way and does not climb up hill. It simply shouldn't be on the road. U haul was recommended by a friend for my moving needs but I think this was my first and last business with U haul. There was cofee spilled on the driver side door. The steering wheel had chunks missing on it which showed how bad the truck condition is. The Mechinal problem also came on on the way back to the location. It was a nightmare rental. A very Big disappointment.

location was over 20 miles from my starting location where I needed & wanted to pick up truck. Making me automatically over my allowed miles. But, after rental I called Uhaul and explained and they quickly refunded any extra miles! (My case was 10). Would definitely recommend using Uhaul.

First of all I must recommend that the manager in charge of E. Rutherford location is very friendly and reasonable. He is a problem solver as he tries to protect the company in his business dealing . I think he is a valuable asset for U Hull. Staff are also very well trained . Thank you all

I reserved my trailer 1 week in advance. The day before I was supposed to pick up the trailer (from a nearby location) UHAUL called to say it wasn’t there; instead I would have to go to Elizabeth, Nj or the Bronx. Those are 40+ minutes away! The next day the trailer was in a closer location, but because of the changes I had to rearrange my schedule 2x. I chatted with a UHAUL rep to ensure the location would have the necessary trailer parts to hook it up to the hitch; and I was assured the store would have it. When my father weren’t to EAST RUTHERFORD to pick up the trailer they didn’t have the parts and he had to go to the passaic store. What should have taken 10 minutes took over and hour of inconvenience. A simple process caused me 2 days of anxiety and inconvenience. It seems like customer service and professionalism are not required for uhaul representatives

The steering wheel on the truck had to be held diagonally to make it go straight. It took 40 minutes to receive our vehicle. “$19.99†is borderline offensive false advertising. It cost us $175 to rent a truck for 3 hours and drive it back and forth a few towns over. I hated everything about this experience.

First time renting a Uhaul truck. Easy pick up and easy return. Alex was pleasant and helpful. The emails were prompt and informative. I liked you could purchase packing items and other supplies. My only recommendation is to have information regarding the use of EZPASS.
