there was a heavy vibration while traveling at highway speeds, felt like the tires were out of balance. it didn't bother me, but i can see this effecting someone else's experience. 5 star review for the staffing at this location. very fast, informative, and friendly.

Great place to rent a cargo van. They had plenty in inventory. Available exactly when scheduled. Van was in good working order and quite capacious.Employees helpful and completely truthful about the costs and operations. Merci!

They answer their phone and get back to you in a timely manner - it makes a difference!!! I refueled the vehicle too.. don't know why i was charged extra.

FELIX MYRICKIn my U-Haul experience, I reserved a 20' truck online with the guarantee of availability or a $50 reimbursement. When I arrived, they didn't have the promised truck and upgraded me to a 26' one, despite the price parity. Despite explaining my parking constraints, the representative, Lenora, bluntly insisted I either accept the larger truck or leave without compensation. I settled for a smaller 15' truck, which proved inadequate for my move, leaving me to rely on my personal vehicle.

William YeunThe truck was extremely old. It had 138k miles. The windshield wipers should have been replaced, and the door couldn't close unless slammed very hard (this is a safety hazard). The truck lacked power and struggled during the drive.

So I didn't get to check it until the contractors who helpedload opened thebox. It was a broken/patched every where. Have to carefully load stuff since the internal patchs could scratch the furniture surface. Open the box and unload also took a lot of effort. I would expect compensation for the worries and additional work.

We tried reporting it to U-haul but their customer service just filed a claim with MovingHelp.com which had the movers call me to say they didn't take anything. It had to be them because the containers were locked and sealed from when they were loaded till they were delivered to my new home. When we try to call customer servcie at U-haul they're extremely rude and hung up on my wife. We even got the insurance and they aren't covering the lost box.
Joseph MarchioOverall I rent from here a lot but my most recent rental was not a good experience. When I went to pick up my trailer, there was a short wait, which was fine. Once my turn was over, the lady who helped me told me to wait outside and either she or the other guy would help me. I waited 20 minutes in the cold and nobody came out. I went back in and the lady said the guy is outside looking for me. I went back out, looked everywhere and could find nobody. I came back in again, now frustrated, and th elady and the guy were there. I spoke tot hem and the guy had no idea that he was supposed to help me. He came outside and straight out told me, "what's going on between them should not have effected me" and he apologized. The thing is, it did effect me and I wasted an hour to pick up a trailer. This is unacceptable and the staff need to work out their internal issues or at least not take it out on the customers. Felt like the office was being run by kindergarten students. How pathetic!!!
