I would never place my items in your storage facility. In addition, the U-Haul agent was able to see my passcode. Not ideal at all! Terrible!

brenda w | Expérience généraleI've had a storage unit at the Edison, NJ facility since 11/15/2009. The contract number on the original sales invoice is 00344918. The contract number noted on the latest invoice is [redacted]0657. The rental fee for the unit at that time was $70.80. My current rate is $140.18. I received a notice that the rental fee is increasing again to approx. $156.00+. There have been rental increases every 6 months of approx. 10%+. This is unacceptable to me. I get the same boilerplate e-mail every time of what services they facility is providing, nothing has changed at the facility. The manager at the facility blames corporate for the increases. They have priced themself out of my doing business with U-Haul. I have found another storage facility in the area that is larger, cheaper, cleaner and more appreciative of my business.
