The trailer was vibrating, so much that it was vibrating my truck. Either a bent rim or axel. Equipment needs to be checked better, other than that everything was excellent

You downgraded what I rented and it wasn't enough to move my house. You charged me extra for something you didn't tell me about but I'm assuming it was gas. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE.

I dropped the truck after hours. The online return process was hard to locate on the website, and then a little cumbersome with photos etc. all around a good experience though.
Salesperson was very polite and processed my paperwork quickly. I was not happy going to Edison to get truck. But I was given extra mileage for my delay.
No 15 foot trucks were available in NYC even though we had a reservation set up a week in advance. The demand is very high since large numbers of people are leaving the city. Your vehicle schedulers did an excellent job in helping find a truck in Edison NJ for us.

Excellent Service - Received what I was promised - on time
The lady at front desk was highly unprofessional and rude, I literally had to tell her twice that the truck I am allotted was obstructed by another truck, so not possible to take out without moving the another truck, she even literally called me blind for this, being nice person I didn't say anything, but this should be brought up in your attention.
Person who attached my trailer forgot the dolly I reserved. This was terrible. Otherwise, staff was professional, friendly & efficient.
That was NOT the location where I made my reservation and it was very inconvenient for me to pick up the truck there.
I am writing to express my deep frustration at every step of my U-Haul experience. 1- I reserved a 15ft truck with a dolly, 2 days before my move they called me claiming no 15ft is available and a 10ft is a replacement. 2- I accepted the 10ft and went for a self pickup only to find that there is no dolly "which i needed for my move" 3- on the moving day i lost 3 hours in the morning trying to secure a dolly. 4- In the afternoon i called the customer service requesting a 3hours extension as compensation for the delay which was granted. 5- I got an SMS with an extra charge of $85 which I disputed. 6- On Tuesday 9/22 someone called me and confirmed that the extra charges will be dropped and I don't owe anything. 7- 9/24 my debit card was charged for $115 which is $85 plus late fees.

I did not receive the trailer I wanted. I reserved a 5x8 weeks before, yet was given a 4x8. What is the point in the reservation if you don't get what you wanted?
Customer Service agents were very nice, efficient and wonderful to deal with.
It took 30 minutes to get my rental even though I had completed the online check-in process. The employees that I encountered did not present themselves in a professional manner; one wore a face mask under their chin and the other wore a face mask depicting a Rastafarian smoking a blunt. The employee who completed my check-in changed the drop-off location without consulting me, which resulted in some confusion/difficulty on the return. The parking lot is very small and difficult to negotiate; the person who dropped me off had to continually move their vehicle for the entire 30 minutes that it took to get checked in because there were no available parking spaces.
