Nothing. The staff at this location were very helpful when we couldn't locate our truck. The staff when we returned also helped immediately. I would return to this location. Both women were friendly and professional.

1. The UBox did not fit under the car port so the driver placed the box several parking spots down the lot. The driver should have knocked on the door or at the very least called/text me for a secondary location when she discovered it would not fit in the original location. I was fortunate enough to hear the forklift and had her move it closer before she left. 2. On pick up day, I received an email stating the box would be picked at 2PM (SEE BELOW). I came out in the morning about 9AM on 2/29 and the box was gone. I WAS NOT DONE LOADING IT - PER EMAIL I HAD 5 MORE HOURS TO LOAD THE BOX. I had to wait for the box to get delivered to U-Haul and drive out to it to finish loading it. Fortunately, nothing inside broke. The load inside had not been secured yet. 3. The locking mechanism was useless. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. Anyone with a Phillips screwdriver could easily un-screw the lock and open the container with the padlock still attached. I do know the container was opened sometime during transit. I am still checking inventory to see if anything is missing.

MELANI KRNETALong story short, made reservation 8 days prior for 26" foot truck and auto transport with 7am pick up to move our entire home from CO to GA with both myself and my brother flying in from out of state. UHaul called day before saying they don't have a truck for me. Added much stress to an already stressful situation. Got a call at 11am they had a truck now in Denver but auto transport was in Castle Rock, 20 miles south of Denver. When I got the truck, it was the nicest U Haul truck I've ever rented, only 2 years old with 33K miles on it. Also, they knocked a nice chunk of money off my bill for the delay which was nice. Loaded up, then drove to Castle Rock to get auto transport and had an issue or two there. BUT...once we got on the road the equipment worked great and it was a smooth ride. My advice...have a back up plan if equipment isn't available when you requested it....but once again, the equipment worked great once I got it all together.

Jim RodriguezOur experience with U-haul overall was great. Sadly, the communication from the staff at this location was horrible. The container did not arrive in the slotted time frame so I called and was told the truck was broken down When I asked if I would get a container that day I was told "I don't know." When I called back much later - same thing, I don't know. I had loaders scheduled and had to call them off. When I called back a fourth time the person who answered the phone was so disgusted with me she handed the phone to someone else who then told me I would for sure receive containers that day. That was all I was asking for all day long and if I had been told that instead of the shrug of the shoulder (over the phone) I would not have been as worried. The driver arrived and he was very efficient and courteous.

Adam SchwaljeShayne and his staff have been amazing. In December I had to rent trucks and and cargo trucks for moving. Several times I had to extend the rental time because of my disability preventing me from moving faster. Shayne and his staff, especially Devon have been understanding and KIND. Kindness goes a long way when you find yourself in vulnerable situations. I have personal issues that have made me difficult to work with. Shayne, Devon and Maddie have performed above and beyond to assist with my needs. I have had to deal with a lot of services and businesses, and being a general manager myself, I understand the challenges that can occur with employees. I disagree with some of the reviews, I find that Shayne and his team are cohesive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and KIND. I emphasize kind because in all my encounters I have come to realize that our workplaces, as a society are apathetic. It's a sad thing. But, when treated with expertise and kindness it restores hope. This is a great crew, and finding employees who are customer oriented and are efficient is rare. These guys deserve kudos. From renting equipment, to returning, to obtaining storage, and managing storage, this is the right crew. Thank you Shayne, Devon, and Maddie for making my life a little easier at the right times. Keep up the good work.

I was right next to them, and they were like... "ask him X... what's his name?" kinda stupid, I'm here dude, just ask... They (the men) didn't come with me to make sure the mileage and gas, cleaning or spot with marks was accurate. However, the over all experience when well --- even though that day, the system broke down. When I returned the truck in the SFO location, the experience was smooth, and fast.

NICOLE LEWI've used U-Haul for truck rentals, storage, etc. for years. The staff have always done more than expected. Although I was cleaning out a storage unit it's not the end of our business relationship.

I thought I made it through the process fine but the journey was just starting! I was notified a few days before my reservation that the rental I needed wasn't at the selected location, forcing me to drive further across town for pickup and drop off. I did not receive any phone call about my "mobile pickup", just a vague email that I needed to go to a different location. I received no email or text message explaining how to do said pickup. No one wants to install your damn app. After arriving on time for my pickup I wasn't able to start my reservation for 45 minutes. I sat on the phone with customer service just for them to provide zero help or knowledge of my reservation whatsoever. After fiddling around on your website I finally got the reservation started but I didn't receive any text message with my rental's ID number. By this point the actual store front had opened and slew of customers were already inside. I had arrived well before any of them but I then had to wait in line for multiple other customers to complete a full rental for someone to just tell me my damn truck number so I could unlock the compartment and get the keys. Said employee also had to resend the additional startup information again as I had not received any of the required pictures verifying the license plate and condition of the vehicle. An hour after I had arranged a host of friends and family to meet to help me move, and an hour and a half after I was suppose to have started the rental, I was just leaving Uhaul on the other side of the city. Then, of course, the vehicle's right mirror was loose, quickly fell out of alignment after the first turn and effectively blinded me for the right side of the vehicle. I had to stop and fix said mirror multiple times. Later upon, drop off, I was told my an employee that I was "Good to go, I would receive a receipt at my email." before they quickly walked away. I have yet to receive said receipt. Instead I have this shitty survey in my email. I will never be using Uhaul again if I can help it. Hell, if I have to drive across the city to literally any other competing rental company I guess that is still more convenient because Uhaul would make me do anyway, with less notification.

Charles EppOnly problem was that they forgot to give me the packing blankets and the dolly. I did not want to drove back there, hauling a 12-ft trailer, to pick them up, so I had to load everything without a dolly. That was unfortunate. He did a great job hooking up the trailer. I felt very confident.
William CarsonAfter 16 years of renting from U-Haul I will never rent from you guys ever again I'm still fixing my vehicle almost lost my job and had to fix my truck because of your trailers brakes failed and ruined my trucks brakes. And NO compensation for parts and labor. I only got a refund for rental so far I'm right about 992$ in parts and labor right now.

Had to make my reservation in person to work correct duration in with available inventory. Returned equipment early and was checked in by staff member. Got a phone call within 30 minutes inquiring my I hadn't returned my rental as scheduled and did I need additional time. No local staff was available to answer the phone. The U-haul national call center verified my return and emailed me my receipt. Incompetent locals.

I hated the entire experience. I recommended a few friends to use your pods to move before I had a terrible experience and now I made sure they don't use U-Haul. Im saving them so much stress, emotionally and mentally saving them from the rude and mean U-Haul employees. Never again. Worst service ever.

Corey LokenI spent weeks trying to get my stuff in storage. The address given above, 2727 S Santa Fe Dr Englewood CO 80110, is not where my stuff was stored, but instead was at 3535 Carder Ct. I spent hours on hold and talking to people that had no idea how to help me or how much it would cost me to get my stuff. I ended up driving to the location over 6 times (over 1,5 hours each way) to get all my stuff because I was quoted a few numbers ranging from $400-$600 to get my stuff delivered 1,5 hours away after it was only almost 1000 to get my stuff from Boston to Denver. There was no indication at the beginning of my move that a delivery would be this expensive. Customer Service 0/5 Employee knowledge 0/5 Communication between local and national offices 0/5 Customer that will never use UHaul again 1/1

Safety chains were far too long. Even after twisting I had to stop twice during my travels to zip tie them up.

U-Haul policy was that only U-Haul or a lock smith can take a lock off. It took almost a week to get it done by U-haul. One women staff member (did not catch her name) was helpful, but the others there were not. The lock was successfully ground off in about 10 minutes once they got around to helping me get the lock off. This delayed my moveout by several days.

Security system is not user friendly, and regularly locks you out. The manager was present during that time and did not allow the garage door to get open to unload a full 15' truck. We had to make several trips from the ramp to the secondary access door. The staff was also rude at that time. I rent trucks often for my business. I was also charged 3x more then usual and not sure why. I did not add gas but there's no way it was just that.

An ex-employee did not complete the account information properly when I set it up in my name, and this caused great confusion. Also, when I called the number to the facility, I was re-routed to the main number, and talked with U-Haul people with no clue as to what my issues were. The Management of this facility was great in working with me but the issues I had should not have occured, especially in the billing. It appears that maybe the facility is understaffed to handle the load here at this facility, as it is a huge operation here. On move-out, all went well with that and staff were great there.

Duane Dove | Premières impressionsI begin by getting this storage unit because it was 24 hours a day access and I was told so when I got the storage unit that it would be maybe 10 days and we're going to be back into 24 hour access but I was lied to and since then I never got a straight answer are they allowed after hours access on a Sunday after 5:00 I don't get off work till 7:00 and they close everything at 7:00 so I went for about a year without being able to access my belongings when I needed them false advertising telling somebody that you have an access feature that you don't offer anymore getting them to sign up for storage unit because of that reason I will not rent there again and I will not recommend anybody

The security of the facility was way overkill. Moving furniture up and down stairs in tight hallways and no elevator is just bad design. There's only 6 or 7 spots to load and unload. I had to park my trailer in the car parking since small cars and shipping boxes were in the trailer spots. Having to scan my card every time I take something to my car is awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This location often doesn't have a current list of their open storage units. And I was not about to settle for a unit that wasn't on the first floor because there aren't any elevators.

I ended up with a unit different than what I had reserved and was far more expensive. The staff member did not inform me of the differences in the unit or the increase in price. When I checked the app after I had already moved all of my belongings into the unit, I saw a price different than what I had reserved in agreed to. Mistakes happen I just wanted to get it worked out. My issue is with the general manager at the facility who handle it very unprofessionally. Was combative and argumentative and I had to call the corporate office several times to get it resolved. It's a convenient well maintained facility. But having a manager who does not know how to handle customer issues and who acts in a very unprofessional and rude manner is not okay. I don't know that I would recommend your facility to a friend knowing that this person is who they may have to deal with. I would not rent a unit or a truck from this facility knowing that this is the person who I would potentially have to deal with. I would choose another you all facility or another brand.

I was in the unit two days after the beginning of the new month and there was no wiggle room on rent rebate. Never argued the point, as I was told by the national rep that was company policy. Taking care of all this out of state was very difficult. Renting a return trailer was a major fiasco as well. Having rented from uhaul on multiple occasions, using the online ordering platform, I have never had issues. However, renting a return trailer 5X8 (if memory serves me right) the day before pick up, was notified that my son(who had his stuff in the uhaul storage) would have to drive 5,5 hours to Montrose to pick up the trailer. I thought, and so did the national center, that was pretty outrageous. We were told by the staff, sorry that's the only option, with a very "oh well" attitude. After hours of calls and no help from the facility, we ended up cancelling the rental request and going with another company to make our relocation out of the storage unit. Being in business myself, not a good way to leave a customer. I will now have to think twice before ever using uhaul again. Will likely need to do everything by customer service(knowing that I will likely have to wait on the phone for an extended period of time) because the pit falls that can take place on line can be quite devastating. I hope some of these remakes can help modify your business model and assist those that continue to use your services.

The garage doors to the loading dock have both not let my vehicle in and also locked it in. The card to make "access easy" never opened the sliding glass door, and the Uhaul workers were unable to help fix the problem on day 1, and on day 2 they were too busy to help me at the moment and that I needed to check with them later. This drastically slowed down the moving process as I either needed to wait and follow another customer in behind them, or use something to prop open the door and be subjected to the loud alarm.

But I did get text notices saying payment was overdue. I had to straighten that mess out too. Im glad to done with this facility

I went to the office and asked for the lock to be removed. My rent was fully paid on time. Within minutes an employee behind the counter informed me that I couldn't come in there and be discourteous and that I had to leave. I was not being discourteous, I just wanted them to remove their lock. The employee who accused me of being discourteous within seconds was threatening me, verbally abusing me and told me that that he could move my belongings out of my storage unit within 24 hours. He identified himself as the new general manager. Three days later I had my storage unit emptied of my belongings after a different employee insisted that the computer said I had the wrong kind of lock. When she finally accompanied me to my unit, she saw that I had the correct type of lock and she removed the U-Haul lock. I will never use U-Haul again!!!

So Sunday I came in to get it removed and supposedly no one was able to remove it since they didn't know were the key was. Well, I called in on Monday informing them that I wouldn't be able to make it that day can they remove the lock. The women I spoke with put me on hold and Alexis had answered. I spoke with her about the situation and she said her staff was able to unlock it since they have access to the key and didn't know why someone did do so. Now, I did get angry and frustrated and took it out on Alexis which i am sorry, but for future reference when someone goes to the unit and needs it unlocked everyone should be able to do so. No reason to have 4 people and nobody able to unlock a lock

This was a big inconvenience for us to wait to unload our trailer when we arrived after a long, tiring drive that day. We were not able to start moving into the unit until after they found the keys and then we were forced to return the trailer by ourselves after the office had closed and the staff had gone home. This resulted in an extra day charge for the trailer rental which we have disputed because they agreed to waive that extension fee due to this key problem that they were responsible for fixing.

It took 2 trips to get all of the stuff out of the unit. On the last load, I went into the office to cancel my rental. After waiting in a line that didn't move for over 30 minutes I decided to check and see if I could cancel online. Which I could. So I went back to the unit and took the requested pictures and submitted them. I also canceled my monthly auto payment (so glad I thought to do that). I then started getting emails and bills in the mail telling me that I was past due for my rental and that liens were going to be put in place. I emailed the location and got a response that it was an error and I wouldn't receive any more bills. Wrong again. The bills kept coming. I kept sending emails. When I tried to call the location to speak to someone I ended up hanging up after being on hold for 45 minutes.

This made it extremely simple! when we arrived to the facility we weren't sure from the looks of the outside that it was going to work and then upon checking in realized we didn't reserve what we wanted (we thought we were reserving a 10x10 on the main floor but it was on the 3rd) and the unit we wanted wasn't actually available. We were going to try a different location but the man who helped us went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. He was very nice, explained things well, helped with the locks, and his customer service was a huge reason we didn't move on to the next location. we were able to find a smaller unit on the main floor that still worked out and the experience was the best part of moving day! The trash and mess was absolutely gross. I notified two different employees and one saw the mess and we made a comment that a homeless person probably spent the night in there. When we came back around 3pm the restroom was still not cleaned and other storage customers were commenting and taking pictures and posting it on Facebook. The person who checked me in was absolutely polite and professional, a great employee. The rest on the facility was clean and well lit.

Only issues I'd raise would be the parking lot was consistently hard to navigate, though I think that's noone's fault due to the place always being super busy and I think one would argue understaffed. Continued receiving charges for two cycles, even after completing walkthrough of unit with uhaul employee. He forgot to close out and complete the move out. I returned to the store after receiving the first unexpected charge, same employee said he forgot to complete the move out but would be doing it that day and refund the transaction. After not receiving a refund, I was charged again. Called the uhaul phone number and had to be placed on hold for nearly 40-minutes only to be told that since they can't confirm the storage unit had been cleared out, there was nothing they could do except put in a complaint. He couldn't give me a direct number to the store or manager. I had to go throw Uhauls Twitter Direct Messages where they were able to give me the direct line to the general manager (Phil). Phil answered the phone, he was helpful and immediately able to complete the move out and initiate a refund for the two cycles. Wasted a number of hours and work interruptions trying to get what should have been a very simple thing taken care of. Would have thought I would've been offered something beyond the $210 refund that was owed to me for all the effort and hoops I had to jump through. Likely won't be using uhaul again for storage.

Then they tried to put me in a second-floor unit, when I had reserved a ground floor (there isn't an elevator). Then they couldn't find the mast key to open their own lock on the until to let me in. Finally, they just cut the lock off.

Had a garage door as display. Great. When we had a loaded truck with several trip to come. We were told that it would be a 10 x10 and an 10 x5 next to it. That would not work for what we have to store. Then it took a long time to find a 10 x 15 unit.. went to unit and that would not work because of small doors and we would not be able to get items into unit. Tried several to review. Then found out that was is display and what you have are totally different. BAIT AND SWITCH. The only place for garage doors is second floor . No elevator. That can't work, it is very heave what we are storing. Then GM called uhal down the road and asked if they had 10 x15 and they have outside entrance. OK but perferr instide. Went to the other location, and the cost was $40 more a month for non climate control. Was under the gun and had to do that. So not really pleased with UHaul. The Santa Fe location had insulation ripped on ceiling, asked to have fixed before loading unit. Did but will have to do it again as they only had duck tape. Then noticed after almost totally loaded that there are whole to the outside on bottom of wall, asked to have filled so pest (mice and rats) don't get in. The person at the desk doesn't really work the front desk. Rep at lunch left message at desk asking erh to call. Have yet to hear back a week later. HAve tried to call back goes to customer service and hours on the phone. This had been a horrible experience and VERY disappointed. The staff is very nice though. Now kinda stuck as we don't have the time and manpower to make another move to a place that actually. IT is so WRONG that you do the bait and switch

The UBox could not be accessed by the forklift while a semi was being unloaded. In hindsight I should have scheduled a definite time for the UBox to be moved.
