Don't just tell someone that there are plenty of Drop off U-haul locations to choose from when you get to your destination. Unless of course that there truly are. It appears not every U-haul is a 7 day a week operation.

I want to really reach out and say that I guy named Kyle REALLY went above and beyond to help other customers and me before me. He has multi-tasking down to a science, and it's rare to receive excellent service like he did these days.

The trailer leaked in two places, the front corner on the passenger side and in the front 1/3rd middle of the trailer. We had three boxes saturated and some furniture and belongings get soaked as we drove through rain and had rain overnight from Denver to Kansas City.

This review is for Uhaul in general. The staff at this location is very nice but every time we rent from Uhaul, something goes wrong. This time, we tried to use the online service instead of going to the counter, because they're usually severely understaffed. The app wouldn't allow me to upload a drivers license. Eventually had to wait 45 minutes in line for someone on site to take of the rental request.

Worst rental experience of my life. Just because I was upset about getting moved to a different pick up location without my approval, the spineless boy who answered the phone in the Aurora store couldn't handle my absolute disappointment, called your corporate office saying he didn't want to give me my reserved rental anymore. The millennial bitch boy at the aurora store couldn't handle the fact that people get ungodly upset when their reservation gets moved to a different location without so much as a phone call to tell them that their new pick up place is more than 20 miles east of the original pick up location and will inevitably cost them DOUBLE in miles for the rental.... Thumbs up on that shitty communication UHaul! You suck!!! Then I get a call from a corporate boy in Montana who tells me that the millennial bitch boy refused to serve me because I yelled at him...wow.....then the corporate guy has the audacity to say that they have the right to refuse service to anyone despite the fact that I was completely validated in my disappointment with not so much as a phone call to tell me that my location had changed..... Oh...and then instead of sticking with the "right to refuse service" bulshit phrase, he then goes out of his way to reserve me a new truck.... When I get to the new location of course it isn't a truck. I get another call from the local Denver location and before they are gone, I had to reserve a small van..... I wIt 20 minutes in line. Oh ya....awesome to wait that long... Then I get my van. Finally. I use the van for just about 4 hours and drive 20 miles. Return it and come to find out that they erroneously put the original miles into the log by about 600 miles....so when I return it, instead of only 20 miles, it appears I have driven over 700 miles.....regardless, the attendant trusts my statement of driving around 20 miles(after I say to him, how could I possibly have driven over 700 miles in just a few hours?) and gives me a receipt for this. Today, I find out that your asshole system didn't check me in until today and instead of charging me only 39.00, charged me over $200.00 wow! Every day I was charged a bulshit daily erroneous rate, and then, when I called the location of rental, the manager, (kind, by they way), had absolutely no explanation as to why the system had completely fucked up and overcharged me....nice. I can only hope that you have corrected the error. What a fucking nightmare. Not quite sure how you remain in business at this point.

Great customer service. On the downside, the dolly had its tag already broken, making it look like we chose to use the dolly and guaranteeing we would pay for it. I couldn't easily verify the odometer reading because the display just read, "Needs Oil Change." Some debris left in the truck bed, including broken glass.

Have a truck available at the location selected by the customer. My pick up location was changed and nobody bothered to call me and let me know. Had I not called to verify my truck was (wasn’t) there I wouldn’t have known until I went to pick it up.

The problem I experienced had nothing to do with the location, and everything to do with the fact that the reservation system failed in making sure I had a closed trailer for the period of time I needed it, which very nearly left me in a lurch as they suddenly had nothing available despite having committed the reservation. I ended up having to spend three hours and was pointed to three different u-haul locations before securing a non-enclosed trailer, which was all they actually had. I'm not confident that anything will be done to improve quality or reliability of your service, but if you ever feel like taking that step, you could make sure your reservation system actually works and customers can reliably secure the equipment they need.

Zachary was friendly and helpful but not efficient; he took us on a winding tour because he couldn't remember our unit numbers in the storage area and then he told us one thing about the lock fitting and we had to walk all the way back to the storage unit only to have to buy another lock and walk that back to the unit wasting precious time. Not sure if he's not with it or just having a bad day. Kyle was awesome!

Our truck was at the Uhaul when we went to pick it up. However the previous customer took the keys home with them. On a VERY busy moving day they were able to get me into the same size truck at another facility just up the road very quickly. Super nice genuine people...great service. :)

I’ve rented from UHaul many times before. I’ve never had the communication issues I had this time. My reservation was given away and I was lucky someone returned their van about 10 mins after I had arrived. I was unaware that UHaul just gives away your reservation if you don’t show up exactly on time. That has never been an issue before in all the times I’ve rented. They could have even an automated voicemail to tell you they are giving away your reservation within 1 hour. But there was nothing. Also the middle-aged woman working had a condescending “tsk tsk” tone and did not offer any helpful suggestions. Thankfully the male working there was so kind and affirming and offered me a solution as soon as he could and made it seamless. Ive never had to rent from this location and will avoid it in the future if at all possible

My payment was processed at 9:30 am and I had to wait till 11 am for getting a truck, even though I booked in 10 days before. They were running around saying key lost, they are making a duplicate key, there is a vehicle which police has to come and give some report before and after 1.5 hours, they gave a vehicle and the fuel tank was empty. Had to wait more time for filling the gas. Overall U-Haul Experience this time was frustrating. I was confirmed for a 15' truck to a location nearby at 9:30 am, 10 days before. I got a reminder that the schedule is available 2 days before. But the previous day around 5:30 I got a message that my pickup location was 7 miles away and it is a 10' truck . I called the customer service and had to wait for half an hour on the phone and at the end, the customer service manager spoke very rudely saying if you want you can take the truck or cancel the order. I had to take as there was no other option. At the location, I got a truck after 1.5 hours. In between shifting, a lady called and asked me to drop the vehicle 10-15 miles away from the drop location. I told it is not possible. The lady who spoke to me in the evening was nice and she told I can drop off in preferred location.

This location was good. Initially the website sent me to uhaul retailer that doesn't even rent trailers. I ended up at this one that was definately out of my way but it worked.
