I used the mobile app to access a truck. A bit tedious but it worked. I reserved a furniture dolly but it was not provided. I had to walk around a lot to get the rental done. Not too efficient but neither is the in person check in.Joseph V.

This was the second location we went to on the day of our pickup. About an hour before we received notice that our original pickup location did not have the furniture dollies we had reserved online several days earlier. When we got to the location on Santa Fe drive we were told they also didn't have furniture dollies. We were told by an employee filling in for the manager that â€œthe normal manager hasn't updated his inventory and that he was sorry but would refund the dollies.â€ We were on a tight timeline and because of the lack of dollies we had to purchase dollies from a hardware store and ended up returning the truck a half hour late and getting charged for the extra half hour. On 4/3 I checked my card statement and found the dollies were never removed from my contract and that I'd been charged an extra $14 for insurance I'd declined during my online reservation. We went to the store hoping to get things cleared up and I've never received such terrible service. I let the guy at the front desk, Ryan Hammack, know what had happened. He told me he couldn't remove the insurance charge but that he would â€œgive me the benefit of the doubt on the dollies.â€ The two employees who helped us the day of our pickup were sitting next to Ryan and did not say a word. Ryan said I should know what I sign before I sign a contract. I informed him that the store was having difficulties with their system that day and that I actually hadn't signed anything. He tried to argue with me several times until I asked him to show me my signature and he couldn't. I let him know if he couldn't take care of things I'd reach out to UHaul customer support. He decided then he could â€œgive me a one time refund,â€ for a token $28, which has yet to show up on my card. I've never been called a liar at a store or company before and I'm disgusted by the actions of all three of these employees. I was charged more than originally quoted and extra for returning a truck late due to multiple locations lacking equipment. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and our local agencies. I would like your company to address this terrible experience.Scott D.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful at this location, with the exception of Ashley Hooper. Everyone we interacted with was very short, and acted like we were interrupting when asking for help. Staff also snapped their fingers at us, and were seemingly annoyed that we asked for clarification about what to do. Ashely however was a SAINT, and the only reason I would return to Uhaul. She was helpful, professional, friendly, and got everything answered in time. I'm so glad she was there to help!SARAH B.

We were upset about being given the incorrect location for our car hauler. Also, the associate would only help us with the loading of the car onto the car hauler unless we paid her $20. We felt that was excessive after what we paid for the truck and trailer.Thomas M.
The pickup process was very long- as requested I called 24 hours in advance to pick up our Ubox that was stored at this location. They assured me that it would be pulled out and ready to go when we got there the next day. Upon pickup, there seemed to be a lot of confusion and issues even finding our ubox in the system, and then we were told it would be 30-40 wait why they got our box and found a trailer for it. After we waited, it was then another 30 minutes of filling out the necessary paperwork for it, and the representative seemed new and needed quite a bit of help filling everything out. By the time we got everything done, it had been over a hour and 20 minutes to pickup our ubox. The drop off process was much easier and everything in our box was transported safely, overall we have had good experiences with uhaul and their services.FAITH C.

There was only one person helping named Brittnay Prante. The poor girl was helping four customers at once, including preparing my truck (cleaning and sanitizing the inside). She did her job , was respectful to the other customers, and was very personable to me as she prepped my vehicle. This girl needs thanked, and shown appreciation, as she done your Company a good thing. Are you staffing adequately in this site? The vehicle ran perfect and got me to Ohio on time and as planned otherwise.Thomas K.
I was charged for tolls, but I didn't drive on a toll road. I've disputed the charge but received NO RESPONSE. They assigned a truck that wasn't available, assigned a different truck, and then a third before there was a truck I could drive away. The license plate drive thru the toll isn't the truck I was driving.Cheryl T.
Employee told me I was going to be charged 960 for my rental. I checked my bank statement and I was charged 1700+ I rented again. Was told I could only rent for 24 hours. I just checked my receipt and it shows that I am charged for 48 hours .CHRISTOPHER S.
