U haul is behind in the times, They need to install tracking on each piece of equipment. Having to list phone #'s of family so they can call them before you can rent equipment was something I didn't want to do. I walked out because of this a few months ago and rented a trailer at orscheln. Needed a trailer asap had to go with U - haul this time . ☹️ orscheln's only trailer was out of service.

The staff on Red Wolf were always friendly and helpful. BUT the app is the absolute WORST. I was moving from out of state and used it to reserve truck, etc but it kept Canceling my reservation! And when I arrived to get my truck and supplies, there was no reservation for me nor an appropriate storage room! I had to use another facility! Then, when I was moving from storage to my home, I went In Person to the local facility to reserve my truck. I got a call the next day telling me that the large truck I'd reserved wasn't going to be available until hours later so I'd have to take a small one instead. Because I'd hired movers, this was a big problem. I was MAD!! I don't feel at all comfortable referring anyone to use UHaul, especially using that app, which is a joke. This sure made a tough situation (moving) waaaayyyyy harder and more stressful! You need a complete makeover with that app. And explain to me why the truck I reserved wasn't available the next day....????? Not happy.....

Provide the location with more appliance dollies. This is the second time I have rented a UHaul truck from the Jonesboro, AR, location. Both times I selected the dolly only to get there and find none on hand. Very disappointing.

Joyce is very disrespectful the first day she was inconvenienced with me because another coworker was having password problems and it was time for her to clock out the next day I went to check on my deposit because I never received an email she was super rude again to me for no reason probably didn't even remember me from the first day and was still rude seems like her personality and some body really needs to talk to her about it the rest of the staff was great super helpful she was just mean and rude and it's just not cool

Jonesboro Arkansas was very professional when I got to Jonesboro I dropped off the trailer I was bringing them they checked in no issues under the equipment distribution. Went and unloaded the truck and brought it back the same day. Check it out without no issues.. I will use them again too.

Driver side ramp was inoperable, after driving all day to have a car loaded at a Copart yard (they use a lift to load directly on the trailer) I drove home. Upon driving home the driver side ramp was stuck and would not come out. Setup roadside assistance, was told by one agent that it would be 30 minutes and he would be out to me. Then I called back and was told an additional 50 minutes. I then waited another hour then called back, I was given a total of 5 separate ETAs from the same service provider. I ended up waiting a total of 3 hours. I missed time with my family, missed the deadline to turn in an assignment for school, didn't get to eat, and had to sit in the cold....I was continuously lied to by the reps from Uhaul.

It took 15 minutes before anyone could be located to help my equipment return. Then another 15 minutes for the check in fella to come and tell me he chaired me $7 more for fuel. Said was supposed to be 9/16'ths full! I worked my tail off driving and loading/unloading for 2 days to complete and I bought the truck back a day early. The charge pissed me off and I couldn't get the charge for the dolly rent taken off! It's not the money, it's the principle and greed that made this place a place I will tell everyone about so as not to use!!!

Showed up at 9:50am to pick up the truck (pick-up was sheduled for 10am). There was a mixup with getting the keys. The app told me I needed to go get them from an associate, but Nate Spivey (the GM) told me they were in the lock box. The app wasn't giving me a code, so I couldn't retrieve them from the box. After finally getting the keys from Nate and opening up the truck, I see that the two dollies and the dozen furniture pads that I had purchased were not in the truck, and the floor of the truck was soaking wet with mop water (this was around 10:30 am, 30 minutes after I was already supposed to have the truck). I went back inside to ask about the dollies, furniture pads, and the soaking wet floor. Upon approaching Nate and asking for assistance, Nate said, "Could you just hold on for a second,? You're interrupting my inventory count." I worked retail and customer service for almost 10 years, and cannot imagine a single scenario where I would have been allowed to say that to a customer who was requesting assistance. He then tells me that he doesn't have any dollies because they've all been rented out. Considering I made the reservation for the truck and the dollies a week before, I would have thought that the dollies I paid for would have been held back for my reservation. Nate tells me that he will process a refund for the dollies. When we drop the truck off in Little Rock, the Uhaul employee there tells me that I should have received an email if a refund had been processed, and I had not received an email. We then call the Jonesboro location to talk to Nate again, and he lies to me and says that he told me that the location receiving the truck would have to process the refund. This is the opposite of what he said when we picked up the truck. Nate Spivey then calls the Little Rock Uhaul location to tell the employee that we were "over the top and entitled." I'm so very sorry if I'm over the top and entitled for asking for the products and services that I paid for. I've never had so much trouble with an employee at Uhaul before, and I've certainly never before had to mop standing water from the back of a Uhaul truck myself. An absolute embarassment. There was a young female employee at the Jonesboro location who was new and she was very nice and helpful. 100 times more helpful than Nate.

Employees didn't know what each other were doing: outside guy said inside people weren't doing their job. Had to wait 30 min while he was on the phone to get my trailer. Inside person was very nice and helpful. Outside guy needs an attitude adjustment. Not a good experience in Jonesboro.

Nothing wrong with the location but the check in experience is to be desired. Having to take a selfie, upload my drivers license, then have to call two people that I know so uhaul can call those two people to verify. Then on top of all of this verification, you cannot pay with a debit card unless you want to spend another $40 because you "might not have enough money in your account" excuse. I understand people steal vehicles and such but to make the check in so daunting for your everyday customer who is not looking to steal, it makes it very difficult and unnecessary. It's one of those "should we lock up the toothpaste because it's getting stolen but we won't sell as much toothpaste if we lock it up" situations. Make your good customers mad to deter the ones who are going to steal anyways and regardless of what safety measures. Anyways, rant over. I unfortunately needed a truck to move my business but might be looking elsewhere in the future.

Facility doors broken so any one can enter; the unit door was very difficult to unlock and supposedly it was a climate controlled that only worked half of the building.

Only one staff and I stood in line for 50 min after driving 3 hr and the ony reason I didn't leave is because I had reservations and needed to move into my storage unit. Uhaul management needs to do better. Merci

I was moving my things out and had some furniture left sitting next to the fence. I had to go get a trailer and when I returned my things were in the dumpster. I had already went inside to tell them I needed the dumpster unlocked that I was moving. They said ok but don't put any furniture in there. So for them to throw my things away.

The storage units here are poorly maintained. Many of them have roof leaks so using them is taking a risk of your items getting wet.

I rented a unit from the local uhaul location. To start off the rep put me in the wrong unit on my contract. I went up there hours later to move my things into the storage unit. My access code did not work. I had to go inside and find out that I was not set up right. The lady rep apologized and fixed it and said that I would get a month free even after I paid for the month. I asked her if it was set up on auto draft she confirmed. I waited for the payment to come out and it never came out and I was told that I was late. I talked to the manager and he stated that it was my responsibility to make sure I'm paying it on time. I ended up getting angry with him and I moved out and went with a better company! I will not be back!!! I highly do NOT recommend to anyone! There is a HUGE communication problem at this store! There is also a problem with the yard they have there! Every time I went to my unit I would have to go inside and have them move tow boxes out of the way. It is super inconvenient to have to spend 10 minutes to wait in line to ask an employee to go outside and move their equipment to get the unit you rented!

When I went to close the building one staff member was very unhelpful. While I was waiting to be helped he got on the phone and then when he got off the phone he walked around aimlessly. He never even asked if he could help me. When the other worker finished with who he was helping I had to ask if I could finally be helped. I won't be back.

The online system did not wirk well. I had to confirm and reconfirm my order. The lights in the halls of the stirage untils are slow to respond. Some of the sliding handles on the locks stick. But overall, I was able to store materials and get access to my storage. Get something to hold open the stirage hall door. Sweep the halls. Fix the front door of the store.

It did not appear anyone ever cleaned lanes in front of units , I picked up screws and nails every time I went there. I seen glass piles in same spot for weeks, uhaul equipment was parked in such away it was hard to get in and out , I never seen anyone patrolling lot although I was told there was I went there two or three times a week as I had craft stuff stored there and it was a bit scary after dark

When I picked up truck, gas tank level between a1/4 and 1/2. When I dropped it off, that's where the level was. I still had to pay 14$ . Ride was very comfy. I couldn't figure out how to play my music. Otherwise, everything was great. Merci 

My problem was that when I called to extend my rental I was told I could but when I made it to pay I was told I couldn't and only had a couple hours to find storage and find help to unload truck, had no choice but to rent storage unit from U-Haul cause the day was about over. Didn't understand how could agreement change in a hour when I already had truck.

The gas pricing was way to high and due to the deposit, I didn't have the extra money to put back in gas so instead of getting my deposit and filling up with gas I had to pay almost six dollars a gallon and that made me very unhappy. But it is what it is. And left me with no funds for food or anything. But the staff was great!

Got to the U-Haul rented a truck and a storage unit left to load my stuff drove back just to realize I never actually got my storage unit after I paid and showed proof of my drivers license. I had to drive back to get my id and debit card because my information never did get finished processing in their system.The guy kept trying to give me a hard time and also down talk the new employee so unprofessional if you ask me .The storage unit was so ran down looking and very small for a two bedroom home I Couldn't use the storage unit and they couldn't give me anything larger I wasted my time and money just to be play with all day I will never go back

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating at move out. The facility is we maintained however the unit I was given had a tear in the roof and birds inside. I let the manager know and had to wait several days and the roof issue was not fixed. On my move in day he taped up the ceiling but it was done poorly. The issue was the same upon move out. Based on everything else I think this was an isolated occurrence. The owner helped me with a truck and car dolls rental upon move out and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Clean, great, secure and our things in storage (most of our house) was in storage there for nearly two years. Everything was secure and maintained well! Steve is an EXCELLENT Manager of the place too. If we ever need storage or moving equipment again, we will definitely be back!

The Jonesboro store is the NICEST U-Haul facility I have ever used!! Steve and his staff are very professional and very helpful.
