Worst experience..U-Haul assigned a truck for a one way rental and on arrival I found the key drop box empty…No key, no rental. They reassigned my one way rental to a 2 way(in error) gave me an in town truck which forced me to return the truck from Buford over 55 miles away back to Kennesaw as they wouldn't accept the truck in Buford(Said it would be a violation and attract a $700 fee for me)…..Terrible experience...Uhaul needs a solution for this scenario..

The 15 foot truck that I drove had a lot of loose motion in the steering, which made me feel a little unsafe driving on the interstate. Truck number DC 3456N.

I was only driving short distances so I accepted the truck but if it were further I would have asked for a different truck because it would have caused a lot of lumbar, hip and SI joint pain from being crooked.

The lock box code did not work and the reserved truck had a bald tire. I was driving all the way to Milwaukee. After numerous calls I was finally re-routed to U-Haul Moving and storage of Kennesaw. Although I was over an hour late to meet my move team - they were very professional and got us in and out. The service was excellent.

Were there sometimes minor inconveniences? Yes, but the main problem was everything was so great they were very popular and sometimes finding a parking space at the loading dock was scarce, or I'd have to wait for the elevator a while. But I was always able to do what I needed to. Only reason I moved out was my job moved to another state.

Extremely long hold times. Rude and not at all helpful!!! I am really not happy that the store lines go to your central location as no one can resolve any problems, all they say is they can't do that, call the store. Well darn it, I did call the store number but ended up at the Customer Service department. Finally, I drove down there and left a message for the store manager, Brandi Landrum, to call me. She did so as promised and gave me her personal cell. She resolved the issue.in less than 5 minutes. If I have to deal with you central office service people again, and they are as horrible as they were last Saturday, I'm moving to another climate control storage facility. There are lots of them around here now and they are less expensive. $189 a month is a bit ridiculous when I can get the same size at lifeproof storage for $99. My rent has doubled in 15 years but my salary hasn't.
