The network system was down. But the employees let everyone know what was happening. They diligently worked through each customer until the system was back operating. Once the system came back online they were phenomenalCARSON W.

Truck needs a good bit of maintenance and it wouldn't start on me when I was ready to return it on Saturday. Since it wouldn't start up and needed to be jumped off I wasn't able to return truck until after depot closed. It still did the job, but you can tell it is getting a lot of use without good upkeep. Also, when I picked up the truck on Friday, I asked for 2 days (planning to return on Sunday morning at the lastest). On Saturday morning I got a call saying they expected the truck back immediately. So apparently there was some kind of internal communication failure and I apparently have to pay an additional surcharge for that.CHAD C.
I would like to personally thank Jacob Lambert for his outstanding customer service today. When I had mistakenly reserved the wrong vehicle for my needs, Jacob made the switch to a different vehicle a breeze. The gesture was small, but highly appreciated. While I did not get his name, the gentleman checking in the trucks upon return was extremely polite, despite the weather turning for the worse and high amount of returning traffic. Today I saw a very busy Uhaul location and a staff that handled the volume very professionally. Thank you.SOPHEY S.
I would suggest making an entrance and exit that goes to old highway 41. It's very inconvenient to try and get gas close to the location because you end up having to drive a half a mile to get back to the stores location. Otherwise everything was great.ERIC M.

This is a great place to rent a truck, van, trailer, or to buy moving supplies. It's one of the best rental facilities in the area. If you have the option to do online check-in and check-out, don't bother. You still have to wait in line to pick up your key, after you've wasted 30 minutes with the online process. Just stand in line and deal with a live person. It's worth it.JASON H.

Truck broke down when we stopped to pick up a refrigerator we purchased. Road side assistance took 1.5 hours to get to us. Management told me it â€œwasn't her problem and good luck with your move, hope you can get the truck back on timeâ€. Will never use this location again.ERIN L.

The pick up was dirty. Staff did not help much. I had to change locations to pick up the truck which was farther away from my home and to where I needed the truck. All went well in making the reservation a week in advance. Upon arriving to pick up my rental, they overcharged me $78, at a different rate altogether. Fortunately I had a copy of my reservation w/ me. The Mgr couldn't do simple math, and was very argumentative. Finally, a credit was issued. A totally frustrating morning for my wife and I, and the shortage of furniture pads didn't help.Davey W.
I wanted to rent some moving blankets but I was told none were available. For a moving rental company that seemed odd and very disappointing. However, my customer service person at checkout and and check-in were quick and friendly.JOHN K.
After hours drop off is a little bit of a chore. I returned the vehicle at 11pm but the website was not able to access my location through my phone. Tried multiple times and confirmed I was allowing access to uhaul but it would never recognize my phone. If it doesn't do that, you have no other recourse. No online form to fill out, no paper you can fill out and put in the drop box. You are stuck. I locked the truck and put the keys into the drop box. I then called first thing at 7am the next morning to confirm everything was good, and was on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up/giving up. Didn't get charged anything extra so happy about that but really not a good process.Kevin F.

The reservation process did not go as expected and we were booked for a two-way instead of one way as requested. I also never got a text confirming the reservation. Encourage you to train reservation customer service employees to repeat the reservation to confirm everything is accurate. They should also explain the difference in price for one way versus two way.TODD J.
