david s | Overall ExperienceI wish the hours were past 7 most days. I had one more item to get off the truck and I couldn’t get it due to the sliding doors being locked. So I had to come back the next morning to unload a love seat.

Quick R | Overall ExperienceThe instructions for entry/exit registration are unclear. I had to make two visits to the storage office to use them. The locations of the entry stations were not clearly indicated, the functionality changed at some point in the evening before 10pm. Finally, the numbers on the keys have been obliterated on at least one of the entry stations.

ANGIE Q | Overall ExperienceThe staff was rude and annoying calling me every single day about charges that I don’t know where they came from. My unit would be locked a day after payment was due and we’re not from here and we’re transitioning. They made our entire transition not welcoming and stressful. The uboxes were delivered at 8am before we even closed. Our closing was delayed so we only had a day and they came and got them the next day at 8am. Never got a choice the communication was horrible. I will never use that location ever again. I had 6 units. 4 uboxes and 2 storages spending a pretty penny every month and it was not worth it at all!
