Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt would be nice if I would have been prorated on the remaining 2 1/2 weeks left and get that money back
Debora A | Expérience généraleI love this facility at Kennesaw GA. The service is fantastic, the storage is clean and safe. We are repeat customers and have always experienced excellent service and support. I highly recommend this location! We're extremely happy!
Gladys P | Premières impressionsGreat customer service
CYNTHIA W | Expérience généraleI move all of my belongings out Saturday. The door wouldn’t open and it was off track. The nice gentleman inside call the supervisor Brandi to get help with this matter due to her not being present in the office she stated that the door wouldn’t probably open bc something may have fell but nothing g wasn’t in the way. She seemed very nonchalant over the phone about the situation but did employee helped open the door for us which was off track and the area where the lock goes a screw fell off before we even tried to open the the door. I’m not satisfied with the service especially paying $184 for the size of the unit which doesn’t climate control and spider webs had grown on some of my belongings. I have proof of everything stated in my review and I will not recommend anyone to rent from this company after my experience; outrageous price for an inconvenience!
Ebony M | Expérience généraleHelped me out when I was in a bind 4 hours from home. Easy process and I am very pleased with how they conducted business. I would refer them to anyone and plan to use their services in the future .
ryan m | Expérience généraleI would like to show some appreciation to Brandi, who runs the Kennesaw U-Haul on Cobb Parkway she needs to be recognized for the great job that she does. I had an issue, but she handled it like a professional, which I really appreciate.
Morrow K | Expérience généraleFix price , good service
Trang V | Déménagement en ligneThe only reason I’m I’m saying yes for the staff was friendly was because of the second shift was superb. But the first shift there was a woman that was pregnant on the staff that was given me Ugly looks and didn’t want to help me out. She was giving ugly looks to others just because of their skin color. Made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to ask her a question, but she just ignored me and looked at me with a frown. just because I’m African-American does it mean I get treated differently? that’s the only reason why I gave her overall score of average other than that. The two other ladies I was there was a herb on that shelf in the second shift was excellent.
FRANK W | Expérience généraleBrandi was exceptional. She walked me through the process, picked up my boxes and moved them. Brandi made the process easier and understood the assignment for what I needed. Gold Star treatment and service! Thank you!!!
