Ernest RamirezTruck was not clean - human feces was in back of truck. No gas at all in vehicle - they said "it happens". Took 45 minutes for getting the vehicle. Location said manager would call me, never heard from them again. They do not care! Will not rent again.

Cameron GlisanThe truck was on empty when we picked it up. The manager stated the gas had been siphoned out. He advised that if we returned the truck with a quarter of a tank we would received a $50-$60 gas credit. When we received our online receipt it showed the truck had three quarters of a tank of gas. Luckily I had the manager email me confirmation after we picked up the truck that it was empty. Will I be receiving my gas credit?

PHETSAPHONE SOUKSENGDAOIf each customer is treated the way I was, just keep up the good work. The only problem was the time allowed to travel 1 400 miles. I was called within an hour of getting home wanting the trailer for another customer! Needless to say they did not get it right then.

Joel JanzenThe truck had a broken fuel line that was not caught by the associates when they were assisting with the check out. The fuel tank was open with fuel spilling out as the thiefs had siphoned gas from the fuel tank which means no truck in that facility is safe from this. Not to mention hazards of operating a truck with active fuel leak, Lost 15 gallons of fuel.
Amin SafeeDear U-Haul - I experienced the BEST customer service from your fantastic employee Stevie M. at a Fresno location. Stevie was quick to realize an issue with an evap cap before I drove away and immediately addressed the issue. Upon my return of the equipment one week later I was literally excited to see Stevie again. Having remembered me and the evap cap issue which delayed my rental a little, Stevie made sure I was not charged for an additional day's rental fee due to the timing of the equipment's return. Stevie's great example should be a part of U-Haul's training videos for other employees. If you check back on any security video you can see for yourself what an attentive job was performed. If only Stevie could be cloned…Truly, Juli.
Juli WardAs stated previously, also terrible service. Wanted to talk to an employee about the bad service I had been experiencing, so I went to return the truck I had during store hours (8:30am) and nobody was there, store was locked up. I did see employees sitting in their cars however. As soon as I left, they got out to go open the store I'm assuming. It seemed like they didn't want to deal with me at all? That's the impression I got.

Samuel RobertIdentify a designated register waiting line. Customers entering must go left or right of boxes, displays, etc to walk to counters. People waiting on both side of displays creates confusion on who is next to be helped.

William JacksonThe location was not my first choice however the extra miles were provided by uhaul to accommodate the extra distance. Employees at this location were awesome. Knowledgeable about their own software. Knowledgeable about my route. Uhaul corporate called the day previous and explained they were out of the 20 foot mover and said they were going to provide a 26 footer. I was confined with time and I accepted to avoid delays. Folks should know that the average MPG is 9 miles per gallon! Fuel costs easily surpassed $1100. One way !

Then once all the paperwork was done i went to locate my storage unit only to find that they had rented someone elses unit. I had to go back in the office and instead of signing a new contract with the new unit number he just crossed off the old one and wrote the new unit on my contract. Never again i will be looking for a new unit

Door latches are sturdy and heavy metal that are hard to open.
