Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI Just wish they gave me easier access to the storage. I work 10 hours a day so by the time I get off it was too late to get to my things. I would have to take time off work to get anything done.
Tajiddin T | Expérience généraleIn my storage unit when you pull the door up, there was a hornet nest!!! never got skin care since the beginning. I moved in and I move. It was still there. Even after I say that I was allergic to!!! Friendliest reception Lady helped me move out. She couldn’t access the portal online for forever. I left the store with no, but she did send it to me through email after the fact, but I was still there a sometime she just couldn’t get in.
Alicia O | Expérience généraleThey were all very nice, very helpful. And very sufficient, and everything that they did. I would definitely recommend them to other people for sure. I am very pleased with everything.
BART C | Premières impressionsThe staff were nice but it is not a 24 hour facility and you have to get a key to get in your unit so if the office staff is busy it takes a while to get in and out.
Jeannine J | Expérience généraleIt was a great experience. The customer service was exceptional. I felt very secure using the storage units! Thank goodness you so much for tending to my needs with great care.
TRICIA A | Expérience généraleMy biggest issue is that on the app it states that the uhaul access hours are 7am-10pm but they told me only until 5pm on Sundays. Happened to be the day they scheduled me to move into my storage unit rental. I had asked my family to help me move my things into storage, which I thought worked out perfectly since they all worked during the week. Except I was turned away because they said they closed at 5pm. So am in so much pain today, my back hurts from all the moving things by myself. I only had one person available to help me on Monday. Instead of 5 on Sunday. The other important issue I would like to point out is the importance of having a working soap dispenser with soap. Bill the employee whom I approached to let him know the machine was not dispensing. He said that I had to slowly move my hand under the dispenser sensor for it to work. The use of this dispenser was a complete failure and waste of my time. I had to stand there for about 8-10 minutes to get it to dispense a tiny bit of liquid soap. My eyes and face soaked with dirt and sweat, my hands were filthy. And I had no way of getting soap. This location is extremely busy and located in the Central Valley where temperatures soar in the 100’s in the summer. Not one water fountain is available for use. Super important and very upsetting how much this location is lacking.
ISADORA J | Premières impressionsMuy mal servicio ese mánager muy mal y yo nunca almacene nada si yo cánsele todo el mismo día 4/22 /25 y asta el camión que rente también fue un súper mal servicio
BELINDA M | Expérience généraleThey stole all of my quality and expensive things out of my stirage
