The employee explained to me that the vehicle needs be swept out prior to dropping off. He was nice enough to let me use a broom. The employee at this location told me about the text message that was sent after picking up the vehicle. I was on a very tight schedule so I wasn't paying much attention to text messages or emails for these two days. I also returned the vehicle one day ahead of schedule.Peter O.

A loyal customer should have a loyal company Each time I rented I accrue fees & when I made the attempt to correct the issue U-haul @ 749 Abby ave added additional fees of another sort. Due to these circumstances I am considering taking my business to budget if the issue can not be resolved.LOLA J.
We brought the truck back 17 minutes late due to construction and a detour taking place in the area of the Uhaul location which we did not know about. I was charged for an entire extra day because of this. That was almost $200 more than I should have had to pay.Jacquelin C.

Your customer service is very terrible yelling and loud voice with me when I asked where the van at???? He shouldn't worked there with his attitude the first guy I was worked with. Then you guys over charged. I total used 3 hours with e van and 30 miles when I checked out the rep told me total $42.79. But then later I found out with my credit card charging $65 plus another $17 for what? I also returned my van with over 3/4 gas tank. Lucky I found out some of cheated on my credit card I then called the bank to locked...EDDIE C.

1.) The vehicle was out of gas from the get-go because someone siphoned the gas overnight. The employee strongly suggested I first get gas. The UHaul stalled mid-way in the parking lot and oncoming traffic! I had to get out to tell him, risking my life in the meantime as cars are zipping by us. The employee could have at least put a gallon or two in the truck for me before I drove off the lot.Savino L.

When we picked up truck, contract said it had 1/2 tank of gas, but when we went out to inspect truck gas cap was off. Started up truck and it said we had 6 miles to go before it would be empty. We told Eddie Cuevas and we were told gas gets syphoned off. We went to Valero and put $80 in it.DWIGHT C.
