The salesman/technician was very curtious and took the time to diagnose wiring issues.

IRA PThe General Manager was rude, confrontational and did not listen to me. He kept talking over me and being condescending. My wiring harness is installed incorrectly. He advised me to buy another part to accommodate the incorrect installation which I purchased and ended up returning. He didn't even know that he was installing a hitch and harness for a boat trailer, he thought it was for a U-Haul rental trailer so he ran the wiring in the trunk where I have to close the trunk over the wires and crimp them. The harness should be installed so it comes out from under the bumper. He told me that I would have to wait until the end of the day because there were customers waiting. A three hour job shouldn't take nine hours. Why should the job not be finished correctly before moving on to the next customer? I have had very good service with other U-Haul locations. I advise people to stay away from this one. He said he was going to "flag me" as a bad customer. So I'm flagging this location as bad. I STILL need the job completed correctly so I reached out to customer service.

Christian LIdentify those customers replacing OEM hitch receivers, as opposed to those whose trucks don't have hitches to begin with. Make sure you tell the customer he'll need to buy a bumper suport in addition to the hitch or make sure the ordered hitch replaces the OEM!! I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! HAPPY to talk more about it.

leann dI will never rent from uhaul again!! This was the 2nd bad experience I've had with them. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. 1st of all, the truck that I ordered was not available and I had to go to a different location. 2 hours later I received the truck I ordered. The app stated that the 10' truck would be good for a studio-1 bedroom apartment. I was moving out of a 600 sqft 1 bedroom apartment. I had to dispose of most of my furniture because it did not fit into the truck. 2nd of all they did not have my credit card information that I provided and confirmed on the app. When the truck was dropped off, they did not use the correct credit card again. The truck was dirty and soiled the fabric on my furniture. I would not recommend uhaul to my enemy. Gross! Never again!

Suzanne PThe gentleman that works this location on Sundays; does so all alone. He had 4 separate parties waiting while he worked on his 1st at 9am. His manage, area supervisor as well corporate should seriously consider putting another employee on for the 1st 2 hours of both weekend days. That's when most employed people move.
MICHELE TThis place was fantastic. It has later hours of 7:00 closing. We couldn't get the pictures to upload on the app but there was a very friendly employee who helped us out and said he would take care of everything. Thank you so much after a very long day of moving! We needed that.

Ed VThere is a large penalty for not bringing the truck back full of gas.To avoid this I filled it up, but it seemed I had to fill the gas up from the previous renter as I used the truck for 15 miles with no idle time and the truck took 6 gallons of gas. Seemed more likely that it wasn't full to begin with vs getting 2,5 MPG on the short trip. Didn't make for the best experience this time around.

Excellent equipment as always. Price was good Other than that you would have to rent something from this place to see for yourself . On the other hand. The customer service ans politeness at the Attleboro store on Pleasant st is outstanding. That should be a model store.. Have a great day

Daniel DWhat was already tough day turned into a nightmare. I originally reserved at the pleasant st attelboro location. I called 3 days before to confirm the reservation and explain that in yearsvpast i had arrived to find no ine at the site. I was asssured that was not going to happen this time. When inarrived on Sunday- no one was there. I called and was told customer service was inable to locate anyone either. I was not going to be able to get my RESERVED truck but instead was going to another location. This cost my time and money as my movers were arriving and waiting for me to teturn with the truck. I not use uhaul again.

Ajit SThe guy in the morning said he was actually from a different store. I felt bad for him because he was running the whole show by himself. But he was efficient and very nice. It was a different guy when I dropped off. He was less friendly and seemed to be bothered that I was interrupting whatever he was doing. I didn't get my receipt until the next day when he said he would send it right away. Trailer was in great shape. No issues at all with the equipment
Wendy UI had reserved moving pads, which were not provided although they were clearly present on the bill showing that I was charged. I believe this was remedied - as in removed from my final bill, however the email did not include an attachment showing me the final bill. So I have to wait for the charge to appear on my credit card to see if I was billed properly...

Terry HHave the truck size you reserved in advance and fill the gas tank! We were asked to drive out of our way to get the truck we reserved and we got there they didn't have it. The size we ended up with could have been picked up near our house. They did apologize and offer some money off but it was double the work for us. We will go back to your competitor next time, we've used them twice in the past 6 months and the truck we reserved was there and there is a full tank of gas!

Augusto DI was sent to truck location D by the check out person and it was incorrect. I did not realize it until the key did not work. I walked back To the counter and learned I should be in location c. Unfortunately I forgot my paperwork in truck d. So I did not have the correct gas fill up information when I returned the truck. I put in 12 gallons of gas , unfortunately it needed 14. The service mgr said not to worry because it was a uhaul mistake and he would credit me. The bill I received later included the two gallons of gas. I was never credited for the original uhaul mistake

ara bI was not guaranteed my rental and I was told by the manager that he would deduct cost when I returned and he never did. Since then, I have called everyday without an answer. Horrible service and I expect a call right away.

Donna DThe GM screwed up and gave me the wrong key. I took the van I was given. Called corporate and he more or less made it seem like it was my fault. The back of the van was not cleaned from previous renters. It had a half inch of sandbox sand in the back. The hand truck was left in it and the contract from previous renter was ripped in the back of the van in a puddle. I had to clean it so I wouldn't be charged for it. This Uhaul center is going down hill from the lazy workers that would rather be on their personal phones when you walk in than helping customers. Do better Uhaul North Attleboro

Elise HThis company refuses to offer any compensation for the flood damage that destroyed almost our entire storage unit full of a 3 bedroom home's contents including antiques. We had insurance but they still refuse to compensate us. They were very rude that day as well as I was devastated at the loss of my possessions, some handed down from family long gone and cannot be replaced. As I stood there sobbing, all the cold, heartless staff was doing was telling us over and over again that they do not compensate for flood damage. Well, you just lost a long time customer for good. By the way, I found a storage facility that was 3 times cheaper than yours and much much nicer, so you were actually screwing us with your astronomical prices and sub-par facility. Good riddance!!
