This is not a customer friendly location, an employee told people without a reservation that they had no trucks they would have one the following day at 4 pm and that they had 30 seconds to decide if they wanted it, because there were people in line that had reservations. Thankfully we did have reservation but clearly we witnessed this rude behavior and it wasn't much better when we were waited on. I had made the reservation at a different location closer to my house 3 weeks prior, I was notified the day before that the location changed when I called I was told the other location no longer had a truck available and I had to pick it up at the new location, if I was going to be longer than 30 minutes late my reservation would be canceled. Since I live 30 minutes away from the new location I had to change my pickup time the whole experience was not enjoyable.

The service at this U-Haul was awful and extremely unprofessional. I realize that it was very busy but that does not excuse the terrible customer service. I was charged for some damage that I was not responsible for but was not given a receipt so at the time so I was unaware of the charges. The employee pretty much ignored me to help another customer who was prettier and a woman. I rented the truck on Saturday morning, July 28th, but my receipt came by email on Tuesday, July 31st. I will be turning this into a dispute with my credit card company.

Jeff, the manager, runs the place as if its his pride and joy. It's so rare to find customer service at this high level at national companies of any sort. Against my better judgement, I reserved a truck with Penske two weeks in advance and when I arrived (on time) to pick it up, they had given the truck away and had no alternative. It would have cost me the success of my move, but Jeff made a truck available on short notice and saved the day. The vehicle was not the newest on the road, but got the job done and turned out to be a couple hundred bucks cheaper than Penske in the end. Good job U-Haul and great job Jeff! Thanks

I was not informed that my son would be charged for the vehicle when he picked it up. I reserved the vehicle the day before and gave my credit card info and was told that all my son would need was a valid drivers license. When I called to speak to someone about this I was placed on hold for a very long time. All in all very poor service.

We stopped at the Uhaul on Rt 123 in Attleboro across from the stop and shop and there were 2 people working and NOT busy - and they said they could only check me in for an additional charge - so I drove to the one on Washington St (4 miles father from my house) and it was 1 person working and a line of 3 people. The guy at the counter was great.

I was told the tank was full when I started my trip. However I needed to put over $12 worth of gas for a 15 mile trip. There needs to be a more accurate way to determine how much gas is used. For example, you must replace 1 gallon of gas for a certain number of miles driven.

The manager Jeff had a trainee on at the time I came in. The trainee was doing very well thanks to Jeff overseeing the transaction. I only rented a truck for about a half an hour to move a piece of furniture that was too big for my car. It took only a little bit of time. Everything was explained to me and I was in and out with little effort.

make sure you look at hidden expenses. 19.99 for van? sounds good right? Only it cost $44.00 tor 1 1/2 hrs 14 miles and additional insurance.......regular auto insurance does not cover.........Took them at their advertising..........I bit the bait

I went to the U-Haul store to pick up my rental. We waited almost a half hour because there was only one employee working. The contract said to return the truck with the fuel gauge in the same position as shown on the contract. I returned the truck with the gauge in the same position. The employee was using a forklift and told me to leave the truck. I later received an email saying there was a $9 fuel charge and showing the gauge 1/8 less than what it was when I returned it. Tomorrow I will return to Uhaul and ask them to correct this. Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever had at U-Haul

Make sure that the uhaul that is reserved isn't booked so you don't have it ready for 10 hours after the original pick up time so someone has to make 4 trips with the only thing available which was a van to move with. Or send them a better rental number that can keep a booking correct
