I was overcharged, I was charged for gas when I put more gas in than the uhaul originally had in it. I was charged for a mattress cover then told I was lying and showed them the receipt and got hassled that they will just have to “shrink it†out. I want my money back I'll never use uhaul again at least not this location.

Did not have the furniture covers I had rented. 43 jefferson was willing to let me have some of their furniture covers even though the order was not through them.

Doors needed to be slammed shut to close (seems like there was a previous accident that wasn't properly repaired). Half tank of gas on pick up is kind of annoying. Uhaul should incentivize custumors to drop off with a full tank. The app is buggy. I did after hour drop off and the app dropped me during the picture taking portion. When I logged back in and pressed 'return my truck', there was no active or previous rentals, so just parked the truck and returned the keys to drop box. After hours drop off could have been better/easier.

James C.I reserved a 15' truck and there is daily rate, and during the reservation process it asked for how long I would need the truck - it says not a commitment but an estimate. So I put use my best guess of 4 hrs. When I arrived to pick the truck up I was told I needed to get it back 4 hours from my reservation date even though I was a little late. I was told they needed it back because they booked the truck. Since I paid the day rate I was expecting to be able to have it for 24 hours. This last minute chance without my knowledge expecting was not just a shock, the agent wasn't very understanding - and it made the move much more stressful than need be because we were rushing. Moving is very stressful to begin with, so we did not need this. I will rent from you again but if there were a reasonable choice near me I would not.

They told me I needed to wait 25 minutes once I arrived because they weren't expecting me for another 20 minutes. After waiting with 0 help for 20 minutes I unloaded and checked the trailer out myself. Once I started pulling away one employee ran over to “check the lights†before I left, and made me wait while they plugged it back into my rental and checked brake lights and blinker. Everything was good to go but they had 0 customer service and made me wait after I gave them a significant heads up of my arrival.

Nelson U.I had a reservation online before picking up the 10 ft truck with a total due at pick up being $282 however this location would not honor my reserved order pricing and I had to pay $488.63. There was no willingness even when looking at the paperwork I had printed from my reservation and I was told that was "Arizona's problem" ... I needed the truck so there was nothing else for me to do than to pay the full amount. The customer service was the worst experience of not even being willing to follow through on what was printed from the online reservation. The parking lot made it near impossible to drive in and for a member of my family to wait while I picked up the truck. I will not be recommending this location to anyone ever and likely steering them away from it in general.

Danielle S.Change the style of chains as the hooks are too big for trucks and have to be disassembled and ran backwards for it to work and consumes more time than anything the security video of me returning the equipment at night should show it all I had to dig for tools just to get it unhooked but you should supply with low profile hooks so this doesn't happen anymore And the manager there was great thank you again
