I brought back the rental the guy just told me to leve there witout looking at the rental and then in my bill I got charged more money becuse they say something about gas. I basically got charged for no reazon when Iput the gas in the rental.Mario T.
It would help to make the return process clearer. When I pulled into the return spot, a sign said someone would come help me if it was during business hours (it was). But I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came.COLE S.
We rented a 15ft box truck for 2 days (1 overnight). A portion of our belongings in the truck got soaked! Yes, there was severe leaking into the back of the truck. This soaked couch pillows, mattresses, and many of the boxes and thier contents making them impossible to carry. I had to use many of the furniture pads in an effort to do some soaking up, which then gave me another problem to solve. The reality is the damage was already done at that point. As you can imagine it made an already frustrating task, even more stressful. Not to mention the cleaning, drying of some of our belongings. On top of it all, when I returned the vehicle I more or less got a shoulder shrug and an â€œoh manâ€ response, he took the keys and had to attend another customer. Doing this again I would look elsewhere and not just for the best deal. Classic really, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I cannot reccomend Uhaul and frankly would do the opposite and steer anyone away from them.Thomas M.

Next time, it'll be nice if you clean the interior vehicle because the day I picked up was filthy , the interior windshield, the dashboard, and smell like previous customers smoke in the pick up truck, I feel sick and have asthma . They can't switched to any pick up truck due to no pick up truck available on their lot . There were only one which the one I rented . And again, thanks and hopefully I should get the some refund or full refund because not worth it to drive in a filthy , smelly truck since I have asthma . Thanks again. However definitely will rent it again but would be nice if it's clean next time please . Thank you . Have a blessed day .Justin S.

I checked in online â€œ for faster serviceâ€ and waited almost 40 minutes while one agent helped 2 others then me. The computer had a glitch , requiring my credit card to go through 3 times. Agent said â€œ just check your statement to make sure you weren't overcharged. He could not provide voided sales. ASI checked over the van everything was okay except when I turned the key on â€œOil change requiredâ€.. I had to get out , mention this to the staff who saidâ€ it's okay I just forgot to reset it. I arrived at 0900 and left at 0950. Not a good first impression and no apology for taking so long.Judith K.

Passenger side mirror was extremely loose so it wouldn't stay in place...meaning I couldn't clear myself on my right side for the duration of the drive. Then when I returned the truck and complained, the employee didn't seem surprised and actually acknowledged that he KNEW the mirror was like this! So dangerous. Finally, they billed me for a furniture blanket when we didn't even use any. Such a disappointing experience.Alison K.

Previous renter 8' Chevy pick up truck did not clean bed. It still had gravel embedded in liner; next gas reading was slightly below 1/2 full line, but contract said it was 1/2 full. I cleaned bed and filled above 1/2 line because I'm an excellent customer. If you want to give me a complimentary rental in return, I would think that's fair. Thank youDouglas F.
