This location has a number of day laborers there that are very agreesive, more than usual. I am not easily made to feel uneasy but I was uneasy at this location.

The service was excellent with the exception of the young lady that greeted me initially. When I checked in she asked me when I wanted to schedule my hitch installation. She said it appeared I was there to "pick up the hitch". Clearly I was surprised and sounded a bit irritated when I told her I was there for my scheduled appointment to have the hitch installed. She told me she didn't like my tone of voice and that it wasn't called for. Likely I could have been more patient but was concerned that I had taken the day off of work for nothing and driven 45 min each way. My feedback is that I am the customer and have choices where to go for this service. Merci

I was there for a trailer hitch installation and can say that the people who took care of me were first-rate. Helpful, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 starts in that there is no waiting room for customers, but other than than I have no complaints at all.

While there the computer system went down. The employees were very nice and apologetic about the wait, even though they could really do nothing about it. One employee offered me her chair since I had been standing for a while. They worked at figuring out what they could help people with without the system, and did some sales with cash - figuring it out with paper, pencil and calculator!

I did in fact put in 7,5 worth of gas prior to returning the van at 9:15-9:30. In the morning it was indicated that I didn't return the van with enough gas & I was charged $9,5 for gas. The van was returned with over the amount of gas that was required. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture so I couldn't dispute it. BUT, I use this location all of the time & this is the 1st time it's ever happened.

They had fake police inspecting every vehicle and random men hanging around harassing you in the parking lot, it was dimly lit and scary.

The people working the desk at night were not friendly or welcoming. I had to speak to them first instead of being greeted when I walked in. The lady seemed annoyed that I was there and had to put her phone down. Others than that good experience and the crew working in the morning were great.

The senior manager was very helpful to the young man that was hooking up my trailer. He advised me of what equipment lights fix that I needed to hook my truck to the trailer. Abundance of equipment and trucks

I didn't go to the location, but ordered my container over the phone, so I can't comment in that. The whole experience using the container to move has been terrific from the initial delivery on Feb. 9. I did run short of pads when packing and ended up using flannel sheets and clothes in pillowcases as bolsters to protect and fill up the space around the last pieces of furniture. But everything arrived in good condition.

On either end - the pick up in San Diego and the drop off in Washington DC - were smooth and seamless. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, while the u-box was en route, no one could ever tell me where in the country it was! I didn't need exact details, but it would have been helpful to know that it was making stops in X, Y, Z states, so it truly wouldn't arrive until the 'arrive by' date. I should have put an air tag or tracker of some kind in the box so that I could just know, rather than be told by so many employees that they either had no idea or couldn't tell me where it is. I think it would give people more peace of mind in the future to be able to watch their stuff make its way from point A to point B on a tracker map!

They gave me a vehicle that has an engine issue plus the rear mirror was loose. I tried to put gas but it rejected the pump. This was the worst experience ever with them. The guy that received the car was very nice and wished I could remember his name but he really apologized and told me that he will report it to the managers. Other than that this was where I always go to rent a car

Employees were great. Reservation on line was easy. We called to extend our reservation. We were told to press one to extend your reservation but when we did that wasn't an option. . You should check your automated system. The interior of the truck was smelly. There were several fingernails in the window well on the driver's side and hair on the dashboard. The windows were so dirty inside it was hard to see.

The mats in the truck were muddy and dirty, the back of the truck had not been clean it was dusty and dirty which end up getting on my furniture. This was very disappointing to me.

Fix the app. I tried to check out via the app but it kept crashing after I was asked by the app to take pictures of the vehicle. The app is a great idea but the amount of hoops it's asking you to do to checkout coupled with taking at least 6 photos defeats the purpose of steamlining the process.

Getting in and out of this location is difficult and dangerous due to the dozens of men loitering in the entrance and exit areas. This is very intimidating to women. Work with the city council to get rid of this hazard. Also, the truck I rented had almost no gasoline in it when I picked it up. Yes, I got a $7 discount for the gasoline inconvenience, but it was really low.

Please have trucks with tanks fully filled at the time of pickup as it will make it easier on next user to refill it back before returning the equipment. It was an excellent experience renting from you.

I did a contact-less after hours drop-off so I cannot speak to the interior. There wasn't much space to leave the Uhaul though, if one person had gotten there before me I would have had to drive to another location and use up more miles.

We used the app for pickup and drop off but when we arrived to each location the staff onsite were able to check me in and out much quicker than I could have and were incredibly nice! Amazing customer service skills on both ends I truly appreciate them making a stressful moving day a smooth operation.

It would be helpful to have more staff available at the counter. I was in line with about 4 other parties and only one staff person was available at the counter, though I saw other staff at the facility. My rental van was great except for some leftover tobacco smell/residue on the door. Otherwise it was a fairly new van that was quite easy to drive.

They called to deliver the unit on a different day than scheduled. They were supposed to deliver between 9:30a-11:30a. They didn't arrive until 12:30 & Unit wasn't delivered until 5p. Pickup was late.

Ubox not delivered to the facility listed in arrival confirmation email, were told it might be lost. Delivery scheduled for 12pm - delivered at 9pm after many calls. Mouse droppings were found.
