I was unable to get the $50 that was promised to me in the contract in the event my reserved truck wasn't available. I keep getting referred to customer service and then back to the brick and mortar location. I would like assistance getting this credited to my credit card. My reserved truck wasn't available at the location, and after an extended wait, I had to travel to a different location to get a truck.Michael B.
The receipt you sent to me is wrong. Please correct it as soon as possible. I returned the pick up vehicle BP 6044 C at 6:13pm;; one hour and 17 minutes earlier. I dropped the key there at 6:16pm. I requested help for 2 customers to check out online they said the system doesn't work. I tried again online it didn't work. I call customer services U-haul. They put me on hold until I couldn't here anything from them. Check your video. I took some pictures. It's not fair. I had previously pre-registered for the equipment that including uploading copies of my license and setting all conditions of the rental. I had to essentially redo all of that again when came to the location as they stated the information doesn't transfer over.
