The employee named Fahad was so nice and professional. Greeted me with a big smile and a handshake. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made my experience go smoothly and efficiently. I feel he was an asset to your company. I had gone into your store the week before and the man I spoke to acted too busy.

During the pandemic, the storage unit had been a temporary solution. However, I had items in there that were crucial to an early pregnancy of identical twins, because the store or U-Haul Weymouth whatever you wanna call, it had not updated I had no accessibility to my unit when I needed it. . I will say that after complaining the corporate office, the general manager did try to compensate for the mistake of his workers however, I still felt that he had attitude, and it was generally inappropriate for the situation at hand. I think the general has issues taking constructive criticism however, the employees were nothing but the best in my experience.

It was the final Saturday of the month and trucks were very hard to find. not to mention, all rental facilities were Very Busy. The gentlman at this particular Uhaul was calm, cool, collected and kind. I anticipated a headache...but this man was simply VERY Good at his job. I was in and out within minutes with a Great Ride and a Big Smile....Thank You!!

The associate I dealt with was very helpful and understanding. The staff made it very easy to get the truck and other equipment that was needed for the move. He also made some very helpful suggestions that came in handy. I would absolutely recommend this location for U-Haul rentals.

I have rented a motorcycle trailer several times from this location when I do I always hope that I will be dealing with the 2 gentlemen that I dealt with this most recent time always professional but more important pleasant and friendly I actually drive by another location to rent at this particular one becuz of these 2 guts I apologize I don't know there names but I will be back

Yes, I would just like to say I've heard all the horror stories on moving and charges and all that I'm gonna have to say I am different and mine was enjoyable. The guys made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything not only where I picked the truck up but where I dropped it off it was A1. I was treated like family excellent excellent excellent.

The first two trucks that they gave me had ABS light on that would not go off, the check engine light would not go off on the other one. I drove from east coast to Nevada, 2800 miles, wondering if the third one would have any problems. I believe the maintenance on these trucks need to be much better.

The 22 yr old young man ( basketball player) who was working alone at uhaul on Thursday morning was excellent. He calmly and competently handled all of the customers, and was extremely helpful to us when we wanted to change our existing reservation to a larger room. He went out of his way to make our unpacking and drop off of the trailer as easy as possible. Can't say enough good things about this young man. He is an asset to your facility and why we would recommend this location to everyone.

I can't say enough about J.D. and his wonderful staff. Everyone was attentive, helpful, friendly and made my experience storing my items and renting a trailer super easy. I arrived at the facility without an appointment; Jonathan could not have been more accommodating. He facilitated the "move in" process seamlessly. I asked if he wanted me to come back tomorrow as the hour was close to 5:00 p.m. and he said "this time is great". He walked me through the procedures at the storage facility and was extremely proficient in his job, as well, as his professional responsibilities. What an asset to your company. We need more people like Jonathan in business. I had visited the facility earlier in the week and your JD, as usual, was his best self. He walked me through units and assessed pricing. With a role model like JD, it is easy to understand the proper functioning of your office. I would recommend your office always.

The staff here is great. I periodically need to rent a truck or trailer for work and this is my go to location.

I use the truck for 2days and I got charge for 3days. Check on your employee, bring truck in before 9:00am. Receipt said return after 3:00pm, check on your camera.

The staff was rude and not helpful. I had driven 6 hours it was 12 degrees and they refused to help me get my car off the carriage trailer. I would never use this location again and will not use U-Haul again.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Weymouth location. They go above and beyond to help with anything that is asked. One multiple occassions they helped me not only with customer service but assisting in my storage unit and answering every question. Theses guys deserve a raise, best customer service I have seen anywhere in years!!

My unit was opened to put mice traps in. I was NEVER notified of this and I have things that are missing. My Grandmother's jewelry box was in there. It's completely empty. The "Manager" Jonathan has NO business working with the public. He is extremely unprofessional, rude and confrontational. Tyrese should be the Manager, he was very understanding and helpful. I would NEVER recommend U-Haul for storage. Ever. Good riddance.

I asked for 24 hour access for the storage room, however the clerk at the Weymouth location setup the account for access until 10pm - he had assured me that I had 24 hour access. I was in the middle of moving my stuff and the door locked. I had people helping me move, and now I have to wait until 5am in the morning to regain access. This was terrible customer service 

I, Peter Henry Jones, who at this time is 84 years old, have been using U-Haul since about 1963, about 60 years. I, sincerely tell you now, Everyone there at U-Haul in Weymouth, and I mean everyone, has bent over backwards to help me out, on many occasions. Lost keys, helping me load heavy items, etc. (I am 84 ). Johnathon has gone, way past what HE was required to do. They are not 5 stars, they are, in my opinion 7 +. GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM. The Assistant manager and employees who helped me went above and beyond helping me get a unit and move in. The kindness they show their customers makes a huge difference in our lives as moving is such a stressful experience. Almost impossible to lock the unit with the padlock provided. The door to the unit has dropped a little, and the holes do not line-up for the padlock. You have to use a lot of strength to close it. Employee on duty did not seem to care that much.

I got a unit in the basement next to a bathroom, so I was afraid of flooding, also the elevator was too old and hard to operate.

I absolutely loved using the storage space! It was extremely easy to access, and I always knew it was safe. I utilized this facility for {several} years, as I am in aviation, and I needed it to jump start my career. When it came time to move out, management was committed to making everything as easy and safe as possible to send me over 700 miles away. They've been such a bug part of my life for so long, it was epic, and I recommend this facility to everyone

Everything went really well. You helped to calm my nerves when I first saw the unit. I did not think that what I had in the truck would fit the unit. You assured it would. It DID. Everything worked out really well. The only issue that I had was with the pass. It sometimes, many times took two or three swipes to work. It hardly ever worked with one swipe. The card is an excellent way for us to access the stuff we have in storage, and you had equipment to help me move the volume of stuff much more easily. My only issue is the swipe card. It almost always took 2 or 3 swipes to open the door. Everything else went very well. All of my stuff in storage was well kept. I already had a UHaul lock for the space that I got from last time using you folks. That worked out really well. Thank you for what you do and how you work with the people who use your service. I came at 2 different times when you had a high volume of customers, but you folks handled each and everyone of us with respect and gave us time so we felt like we mattered. Great job to all the staff people.

Yesterday was a very busy day. I am glad I made reservations. Everything worked out really well. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and took the time I needed to figure things out. The truck worked well. When I got back I had doubts my truck load would fit into the space they reserved for me. They were right. Everything worked out really well. The staff were very supportive, and I was able to unload the truck and put everything into storage. Everything worked out really well. Merci.

first time ever storing anything with uhaul. Does not explain well how to get in to building, even with checkin online it wouldnt allow me in so i had to find a staff member. He was very busy with trucks/phone/ other customers since he was only employee there. When i went to put more items in storage it said access denied since i didnt check out, but not explained anywhere that i saw how to do it.

Communication with management was poor at best. improper billing and no one knowing what is going on helps to fuel a fire of inconsistency and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with today's experience. I always use uhual for my moves and never had such a bad experience before. The Weymouth facility was understaffed and one staff member wasted one whole hour of my time by not giving me my storage unit keys when I went to pick up the truck. I had to pay my movers extra for the wait time. When I asked questions about my storage unit he seemed clueless also reluctant to show me my unit. He also would waste time flirting and joking with customers . Ridiculous
