paul f | Overall ExperienceThe elevator was broken for at least 2 weeks. No one had any solutions to this problem. I had to pay someone to bring all my stuff up the stairs. There were 2 large heavy pieces that could not be carried up the flight of stairs. I did not want to go past 11/13/2025 because the rent was due on the 14th. I called and left the manager a message and he never got back to me. I also contacted the corporate office twice and was again completely ignored. I will never go to UhAul again.
