Website says they close at 8:00 PM we got there at 7:30 and they were closed. We dropped it off ourself unhooking the trailer was horrible the Dollie's are horrible to work. Would never recommend using a car hailer again.

This move out date is incorrect. I kept trying to contact someone but was transferred to the corporate number. The recording said they were too many customers at the main store or the Wilkinson store so someone else would need to help. I tried to do it online and Couldn't figure out how to do it. Anyway, y'all have record that my son Carter Frady rented a U-Haul from you at the Wilkinson store. That is when everything got emptied out of the unit. And Locke was taken off on the 16th. I could never get in contact with staff. Whenever I tried to call to close out this account on March 16 I got pushed to the main corporate number. I could never talk to a person at the Wilkinson office. Left a message with someone in the corporate office for them to have y'all call me. That was quite frustrating. I thought someone From the Wilkinson's Office was supposed to call me. I thought the payment for this unit came out on March 7 and then everything was moved out on the 16th so I assumed there would be a partial refund. Again no one called me back and I could never get anyone.

Truck engine failed after leaving facility. I was 1 mile from store. Roadside Assistance got me thru the issue and was given a replacement truck which worked flawlessly.

The truck I rented, EL2939, handled terribly. I believe it needs some maintenance. Otherwise, everything was clean and in good shape, people were helpful.

East check-in online and only took about five minutes to get the auto transport. Equipment worked great with no problems. On the return I arrived at the facility just after they opened at 7 a.m. Was met by a gentleman that asked me to pull the trailer to a parking spot. He unhooked the training and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Great service, friendly staff. The was my first time renting from this location but I am going to make it my preferred location.

When you pull around the uhaul truck, the person needs to make sure we have all the equipment we rented on the truck already. I had to go back in and have them give me my 3 dolleys. They didn't even try to give me my TV box nor tape and it was clearly on the order. I paid over $300 and they treated me like I was just paying $19.99. I had to come back to the store before they closed on my checking date of 2/29 to get my large TV box and tape. They didn't take time to explain anything to me. I also bought the $5 and $59 daily insurance add on for protection of their vehicle. This location is unorganized and rude, instead of being thorough and completely checking me in, the young lady kept taking other people's orders and putting me to the side when I was in line first. Customer service is lacking here.

When checking out this equipment, I asked the young lady if I could drop the truck off at any U-HAUL dealer and I was told yes. I even called the 800 number to verify and I was told I may be charged a 40 wrong destination fee. I get my receipt and 245 is what I'm being charged. Now I expected something but not 245.00. This is not good business…

Rented a 6 x 12 trailer, wasn't told that I would not be able to unhook it from my truck (no jack stand). I stopped half way thru trip to spend the night and couldn't detached to drive my truck to restaurant.

We were sent to this location last minute due to our preferred location's truck having a check engine light on. The truck we received had low miles and was clean and easy to handle for our 10 hour drive. Merci.

Great place. They overcharged me from 180 to 210. Which wasnt correct. More then likely wont deal with them again.

I picked up a few plastic ready to go boxes. A few of them needed to be cleaned thoroughly. It is unfair how you charge the customers with cleaning fees but then other customers such as my self have to do de cleaning

I reserved drive-up climate-controlled storage (I received a confirmation number) to find out during arrival at the location that they don't have those units at all. I had no choice and I had to go with a regular drive-up unit.

I've been to MANY U-haul locations across 6 states. This location is by far the best I have ever been to. It is clear that Monty takes great care of his people. The whole crew there is very pleasant and easy to work with. Couldn't speak more highly of the experience that I've had there over the past 1,5 years

Mr. Money & staff went above and beyond for my family in a crisis. He assisted me just like I was family. He made sure I was taken care of even when he wasn't at work! I will not store my belongings anywhere else but his store! This man is awesome! He deserve all the praise and his staff is helpful as well!!

A great experience from the first phone call to rent a unit up until checking out. I had a unit for 11 months and this location allowed me 100 % unobstructed access to my door which made for very easy loading and unloading of my belongings. The staff was and is extremely helpful!! The entire staff was AWESOME and very helpful. Mr.Montly made sure everything ran smoothly and things were orderly ... Ms. Shirleen made sure we had plenty of water during the move ( 100 + degrees outside)... Mr. Elejah and Lamont Davis made sure everything went well. This facility and staff are top tier. I will be recommending to family and friends.

as in almost every establishment, when you hire them they are all wonderful, but as soon as you sign the contract, you become just another one, that is, it doesn't matter anymore, it was my case in this store, everything was wonderful at first, when I had my trailer broken into, they didn't even pay attention, I went to tell them at the office and the only thing they said was “call the police” they didn't even ask to see what happened, regrettable, that's why I don't recommend u-haul to friends

When I say not clean my storage unit had a small area of motor oil spilled on floor and wall. It was dry but was concerned it would get onto my things I stored. Other than that the manager was awesome and friendly fast and pleasant. You gotta keep this man hes an asset to your company. Would definately use this place again if needed in the future.

I've been at this Uhaul for several years and recently rented a second unit. The staff are outstanding and helpful, and the entire establishment is super clean. They always welcome my dogs and I and that is a huge convenience. Due to selling on line, I frequent my storage often. I'm truly happy with their business.

I was long customer at U-Haul facility and in the last 12 years when my life turned so bad losing family and trying to take care of life situations it was nice to know that I didn't have to worry about my storage and all my precious belongings inside it. The people were friendly and helpful clean no bugs no rodents nothing like that it's very secure there I would do it again if I had to but I can absolutely say I would recommend your facility thank you for everything you've done over the last 12 years

Great employees. Secure facility. You simply charge far too much gor your smallest size storage closet. $95 per month is ridiculous to me fir such a small unit. You had me for YEARS. You will never have me as a customer again. U-Haul simply charges too much for everything. (Very nice employees though; I certainly give you that much.)

I would have given perfect ratings but due to the fact that my camper was stolen out of a secure facility and the fact that management(including upper management for not helping the staff) did not and would not review the security footage of the theft of my trailer. 2 months after the theft and 6 days of footage still has not been reviewed. Another bad mark for customer service for lying to me(that's a whole other story). I would have to add that the intermittent blockage of my storage unit by uhaul trucks and trailers was an inconvenience at best. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone! Robert

Acquiring storage was a nightmare after signed contract. Billing and problem Solving was a nightmare. Staff was not helpful until the last week I was there. They could never correct the spelling of my name. Remedial and simple customer care would make it different. The owner/manager doesn't respond and pretends to not be available.

Christina you were NO HELP in trying to get some of my money back. I payed nearly $170 and used only 7 days. My unit number 1439 was filthy when in moved in to it two years ago but it was very clean when I left it. All you did while I waited more than hour is give me some dumb excuaes. I'm sure you still won't get me $120 back, that just wouldn't ever happen. What a waste of time. I would never use you guys again.

My only issue was that on move out day (Fri., Sept 3), the entrance was being paved and we could not pull the semi truck in. We had to park it next door and then I had to rent a UHaul van to get my household goods from the storage unit to the truck. I feel UHaul should reimburse me the $25 for the rental as it was UHaul's fault that our truck was unable to access the storage area. Merci.

Third requests...please cancel the unit! We ordered online with a representative, after seeing the storage unit, we realized it was too small and canceled it at the storage facility. We also purchased lots of moving supplies and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

I'm giving you an average score because of two points. One, pricing is on the expensive side. Two, there was always rat poop on top of my boxes when I'd stop by to check on my things. Not cool. I've never had a rat problem at other storage facilities.

The storage unit i ended up using was fine, however it was not the original destination. I had a reservation for one place when I arrived they couldn't find me even though I had a confirmation number and all the information. So they had no room for me. So after and hour and a half they sent me to a further location and weren't willing to compensate me any kind of gas for the unexpected extra driving. All in all, every person I dealt with was polite but said they couldn't do anything more for me, so I found it all very frustrating. I guess I just don't understand how you can have a reservation and then have the company tell you it never existed and they can't help you, but to send you to a much further location.

It took a long time to get the unit after arriving with our furniture. I had completed everything online, but the wait was lengthy. The salesperson was friendly but was having trouble with the computer. There was quite a line of people and not enough uhaul staff.

My unit flooded and ruined over $5000 worth of my things. Management told me to file an insurance claim 12/30/2019. A year and a half later on 4/30/2021I was evicted for filing that insurance claim, after being there for 7 yrs. The manager christina Keaton and her husband are thrives, and are compulsive lairs and the manager herself has no business being a manager due to being unqualified,dishonesty and very poor work ethics as a person much less a manager.

One thing to fix. My card didn't work and when I came the first time, it took 30 minutes for me to finally get bk to my storage. I tried to use the pin but that didn't work. When I came back this week, I was assured the pin would work but it didn't. I had to turn around and go bk to the office to get someone to let me in. Then I had to wait again for someone to let me out. Everything else, including the helpfulness of the staff, was excellent. But the gate was aggravating.

We have been paying for a parking spot for our camper in this facility for almost a year. Majority of the time there was never any parking spots for us. There was always trailers blocking the pathways. Once We couldn't get by it safely not back up so the camper hit the building and took the awning off costing us $2000. Management was rude and did not care. Someone also stole the battery off the camper. This past Saturday was the last straw. We tried to pull in the parking lot and there was uhaul trailers and trucks blocking the road again. Couldn't turn down one road because someone is running a garage out of their storage unit and had the road blocked. So we had to figure out how to back up without ruining our camper again. These people are overselling parking. It's rediculous!!

You should pro-rate the monthly fee if a customer moves out early. I understand this is not your policy, so this is not a dispute that needs resolution, just a disappointing revelation. 

Access to the storage unit was easy, facility was clean, and the staff was helpful. Difficult entry from eastbound Wilkinson that required a U turn with low visibility.

While doing my paperwork, one employee instructed another employee that because of some repair, tenants would not be able to access their units for 3 days. This was disturbing. Perhaps should not have been discussed in front of a potential customer. 

Told unit was ready with lock was inside. Got in after hours and it was locked. Had to wait for manager to drive in to unlock it. Then had to wait for manager to get a lock. Will never rent again.

Please consider providing a camera monitored dumpster for your patrons. I realize this could present problems, but it would go a long ways to assist those with small amounts of unwanted items.

I payed for a storage had a tow truck bring my car only to find out I could not store my car there after purchasing a storage for a car I had to pay 2towing fees they get a 0 not a 1star from me:(

It would be nice if they had an air machine on their facilities so customers can get the proper air pressure in their tires for safety reasons while Towing their trailers...
