Each employee that I communicated with seem to be very attentive to my needs and always had a complete solution for my questions on my needs in the end I was always giving the opportunity to communicate with the manager if needed to satisfy my needs. Everybody was friendly and helpful responsible

BRETT F | First ImpressionsThis move out date is incorrect. I kept trying to contact someone but was transferred to the corporate number. The recording said they were too many customers at the main store or the Wilkinson store so someone else would need to help. I tried to do it online and Couldn’t figure out how to do it. Anyway, y’all have record that my son Carter Frady rented a U-Haul from you at the Wilkinson store. That is when everything got emptied out of the unit. And Locke was taken off on the 16th. I could never get in contact with staff. Whenever I tried to call to close out this account on March 16 I got pushed to the main corporate number. I could never talk to a person at the Wilkinson office. Left a message with someone in the corporate office for them to have y’all call me. That was quite frustrating. I thought someone From the Wilkinson’s Office was supposed to call me. I thought the payment for this unit came out on March 7 and then everything was moved out on the 16th so I assumed there would be a partial refund. Again no one called me back and I could never get anyone.
