That's not an exaggeration, it is an endless stream, and any time a van isn't pulling out some other car fills that single gap. In store receptionist adviced me if I brought vehicle back by an earlier than expected time, there would be a credit. False information, I spoke with her manager, even called u-haul with my experience and received a $10 voucher for the next time. Expires in 2 yes. Difficult time with online rental of equipment going from point A to B which will initially calc mileage correctly but when selecting alternative drop off location recommended by U-haul at a savings, mileage allotment drops to point A to drop off point (which in my case was in another state and closer to point A). Without the outstanding help of your Station Manager on-duty ( I believe first name Kristiana) I would have gone with another carrier. I have used U-haul for a number of trans US moves in my career but the recent equipment substitution rate is approaching Bate and switch.KURT S.

The pick up location was changed from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. After loading the truck and returning back for auto transport it was issue with the auto transport equipment. The GM wasn't concerned about the fact we were traveling out of town and thanks to Mr. Leonard who work on the issue for 40 minutes, instead of unloading the truck for another truck. NO Discount for over inconvenience. The GM was concerned about talking on the phone. Unsatisfactory.Estell G.

The woman that did my reservation and get the trailer was an absolute distraction. Why you may ask? She is absolutely GORGEOUS! WOW! Beautiful smile, eyes, lips, frame... EVERYTHING! And she was very kind.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜JOHNATHAN J.
I initially had a reservation at the 3745 E Independence Blvd location; however, between waiting and speaking to a customer representative for 36 minutes my reservation was not found in the system. Fortunately, the representative, with assistance from the scheduling department, was able to locate another available vehicle 13 miles away. Upon arrival at the new location, 9136 Wilkerson Blvd, I checked in but was unable to locate a vehicle # on the app nor on the internet. Only after calling and staying on the phone for 26 minutes with a different customer service representative was I given a vehicle number. In total for a reservation that was scheduled for 5:45 PM, I was not able to pick-up a vehicle until 7:39 PM. Although the customer service representatives were diligent and friendly in resolving my issues, the reasons mentioned above causes for an extreme dissatisfied with my experience.Charlie S.
My whole experience from start to finish was a wreck. My uhaul did not get brought back on time by previous users. Had to drive to other side of town for a uhaul. During my pickup the process took 4 hours total. I originally had 24/7 truckshare. Nothing was virtual about my experience.Zakia R.
