Everything went well. And the personnel at the location were very easy to work with. The only suggestion would be to lower the per mileage rate, which is very high.

I paid for 24 hours access so we could unload after 10pm. The employee did not get it set up properly and although he removed the charge the next morning, my son and I were both late for work having to unload in the morning.

A 100 miles for the chicken light to go off. I returned the rental the same day. I was supposed to keep it 24 hours but I kept having problems with it.

Janice EtherlyI did not pick up the trailer at the Willowbrook location. That is where I dropped it off. I picked it up in Dallas. The overall experience was not good. I booked the trailer through the call center. I got the confirmation via text. As instructed I download the app to my phone but the reservation never showed up. The day before I was to pick up the trailer I got a confirmation text but it showed the wrong time. I call the location in Dallas to inform them of the time I was arriving to pick up. They changed the time. Again, the app never showed the reservation. A few hours prior to picking up the trailer, I got a call indicating the trailer was not available at the desired location, but one was available about 5 miles away. I accepted that location and was finally able to get the trailer. I then had to go another 5 miles to another location to purchase an adaptor for the wiring harness. When I dropped the trailer off at the Willowbrook location, I asked to have the receipt emailed to me. I had them verify the email address and it was not even close to my email. In theory, they changed it to the correct email address, but I still have not received the receipt. Overall, not a pleasant experience at all.

The wrong truck was given to us and it took HOURS each time we were exchanging or accessing our boxes... we gave thrm notice we needed access and we called to confirm the day before and morning of as we were heading over. This caused us several days delay and additional charges. We were charged for items we did not purchase and getting a refund was more than difficult.

I initially moved all of my furniture into this location after being forced to move out of my apartment due to being laid off. Long story short, I've sent multiple emails to the manager Kasey Lewis as well as called the store multiple times in attempt to be able to work out payments on my storage unit. Not one time was he able to work with me. I finally was able to get a new job and informed said manager that I would be able to make the payment in full on 10/21/22. Called and emailed on this day to make payment and was repeatedly ignored. Woke up to receiving an email thanking me for my time at this storage with 10/21/22 as the move out date. I am in tears. All of my furniture that I worked hard for gone. I sincerely hope that something like this never happens to you Kasey Lewis and you aren't treated the same way.

Then they checked my reservation and told me they didn't have the dolly furniture and don't have pads; when I made the reservation I have chosen a different place but the lady on the phone told me this place had everything I need; They didn't have nothing there. I was very upset and the Manager JOHN PENA, are you guys sure he can be a manager, he didnt even approach to me to resolve my problem, he just ignored me, you can verify this information with the CCTV system. They didnt bring the truck to me, I had to go out and find the truck by myself, the truck was not clean, the gas it was just in a quarter of tank, this is HOUSTON the distances here are big so I had to stop of the middle of the trip to put gas, then when I checked the storage unit, I have requested to be on 77095 not to the south of the city, So I have to call customer service to fix this problem, at the end it was fixed but I had to deal with a lot of stress because of you. I wont recommend anything from you, or use your services anymore. And please you need to fire this guy John Pena it was not respectful with nothing, how is it possible to have a manager that was not resolving the situations in the store and keep ignoring me all the time? That what you really want for your services?

BEVERLY BENNETT | Premières impressionsWe rented what they called a Climate Controlled 10x10 storage room for $140 per month including insurance because we had furniture and other sensitive items that would be damaged by heat and humidity. We put our things in the facility in May and all summer, the temperature was between 85 and 100 degrees Farhenheit. I have a photo of the temperature gauge they have in the hallway that reads 98º. It was always hot and humid in the storage areas. Many times I went to retrieve things and all the doors to my building were locked. I had to go to the other building and ask somebody to unlock the building. We ended up moving everything to a LifeStorage facility that was always so chilly that we almost needed a sweater when we went in, and it only cost $82 per month. There are a LOT of better options. Do not put your valuable things in this place. You will regret it. The worst part is, it is not even the lowest price around. Not even close. You can get better accommodations for less. Don't even think about putting your stuff here.
