I had the worst experience with this location! The manager Jin has a terrible attitude and the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I told anyone who would listen what awful service I received there. He messed up my car very bad while he was installing the hitch on my SUV.

i am a single senior woman who rented a trailer to tow a Harley Trike motorcycle from Houston TX to California Maryland. When I reached Valdosta Georgia to visit a friend, the next morning I was ready to leave and found a tire that was down to the threads in which I have a picture. HOW UNSAFE!! you rented me AN UNSAFE TRAILER THAT COULD HAVE BLOWN ON THE FRWY AND POSSIBLY KILLED ME!!! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE STRESS YOU CAUSE PLUS THE MOTEL I HAD TO STAY IN BECAUSE OF THE DELAY IN MY TRAVEL!!

My overall experience was not good I had reserved a van but was told that there was none available my reservation was changed multiple times which was very unprofessional then when I finally got to the location n I was asking questions about my rental n rates the person in the store not helpful had to ask about blankets n everything I had told the person in the store that I had originally rented the van for 6 Plus hours didn’t pick up to after 12:30 still had my return time at 5:30 Tried to use the online app to return the truck it didn’t work had to call in and waited for a long time however the people on the phone were courtesy than in store I reserved a van but ended up with a 10 foot truck why accept my reservation if what I wanted was unavailable it would have saved a lot frustration for me Equipment was clean but the truck needed maintenance engine felt like it was pulling hoping the truck wouldn’t break downWhile I was using it

U-Haul (corporate system)needs to keep better track of its rentals. This is the third time the pick up location was changed with in 24 hours. This last one on Saturday I only found out by chance because I stopped in at my pick up location around 11:30 the morning of pick up day to inquire about my rental which was schedule for a 3:30 pm pick up, only to find out they would not have a 15 ft. available that afternoon. The CSR was very helpful in locating me a truck at a near by location.

in the 19 years we have been renting from ur 1960 Perry rd. location this is the most organized i' have ever seen this facility. Your newest manager is top notch. We can get in and get out in a matter of minutes. Please keep this guy at this location John P. Designcase inc.

Uhaul was literally the experience from hell!! We booked a month early using Uhauls special of getting a free 30 days storage when you rent a trailer or truck one way! We booked our 6x12 trailer and spend about half hour with uhaul agent on phone picking the storage facility close by our new home! The day before we drove out, we called the storage facility to confirm unit and was told that it wasn’t free and we had to pay $109 for the last week and a half of month and then get first full month free!! Called back uhaul and literally spend almost 2 hours on phone with agent trying to figure out which facility actually does the 30 days free!! Find out that each uhaul location make up their own rules! We ended up finding our own storage and paying for it! When we arrived at our new home- we went to drop off trailer per Uhauls instruction and the location turned us away because they said they don’t accept trailers! Called back uhaul and was given another location but agent gave us wrong address and directions! I have never, I mean never dealt with this kind of unprofessional and just horrible customer service! I’m seriously beyond angry and disappointed that such a big huge company in america lack the tools and training to fulfill simple requests or just to fulfill the promotion they offering!! They need some major overhaul or an episode on undercover boss man!!

I rented a UHaul truck 4/29/2019 again they had disappointed me. First time in 2018 they double charged me and never refound the extra charges. This time they charged my credit card an extra $54 for gasoline fees. I used one of their truck for 2miles only and they argued I spent more than a quarter of gasoline in those 2 miles. I took the truck on half of a tank of gasoline the truck had 110,000miles. When I returned it I left the gas tank a little be more than what I took it from and the mileage was 112,000miles. It doesn’t make any sense the truck would has spent more than a quarter of gasoline in 2 miles. Hopefully I will get my $54 back and what they over charged me in 2018 as well.

very smooth pickup and return. it would be handy to have a jack or lift of some type available to raise the trailer lounge off the hitch when doing an unattended return after hours.

One of the workers gave me a truck that he say he cleaned his self and when I took it home and lifted the gate the ramp was laying in the back of the bed of the truck. The next day my bank notified me that uhaul charged me $100 for the ramp. When I called them back they say they we're going to look at the cameras. Then they called back and said they watched the cameras and know that truck was giving to me with the ramp already broke and they would issue a refund and they still haven't refunded my money and this has been 5 days ago.

I recently rented a tow dolly when I went to pick up my car I noticed the tire on the tow dolly was in really bad condition there was pieces missing out of tire had to drive back to the U-Haul dealer and they gave me a new one

The mileage is very wrong in there trucks, pay attention before you drive off and pay attention when you bring it back.. mileage is very off

You guys claimed I broke the door in the van and that is not true as we used the back door to load everything and had it a short time. On top of that I got insurance and you charge me$220 plus dollars for a $30 dollar handle. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and I'll never use uhaul again. I know you obviously don't care about losing a customer but you will not steal from me to gain profit

The reason for the low scores is for two things; the truck broke down (transmission locked up on I45. We had to pull off the freeway and call for assistance. The reference number is on the rental copy and i spoke to Lori Walker). We canceled the call because when i went to pull the truck into a parking place to get it out of traffic, the transmission freed up. I am sure you can speak to your maintenance folks to see that there is a problem with this trucks transmission as it just does not go out and back in on a regular basis. the other reason is when i called the location to let them know of my situation, she just said you need to talk to someone else and transferred me over. Simple training of "I am sorry you are experiencing this, let me get someone who can help you". I also asked for some type of credit for this issue creating us to be delayed on our stops and nothing was done.

The general manager as well as employees are rude, and do not speak. The gm specifically also asks for 6 pieces of verification to rent your truck with the $100 deposit, including verifying your job, calling your supervisor, and holding your title/registration information. I will never use this U-Haul if this is the way you treat your customers. If it's policy, it needs to be updated everywhere!

I am so disappointed with the service in this location and with the one 800 number at customer service they attended me very good when I make the order but when I return the truck it takes me around 1:30 minutes waiting for someone just to receive the keys and plus that charge me for more miles that should be plus the fuel,... when I pick up the truck they told me everything was in there (the pads and the dolly ) and when I get to the point to loaded it wasn’t there. The service was Awful awful. I will never use this company again and I will not recommended to my friends or family. Plus the trucks are very old even when looks ok from outside as soon start driving that’s another nightmare.....????????
