There are FAR TOO MANY nails, screws, etc. that could cause flats on the property where customers drive. AT LEAST WEEKLY a magnet should be used to go over the entire area. This is especially an issue where customers are directed to pull up to return rented trucks or trailers.John S.
The young man stated he had an headache well he moved so slowly I was frustrated. I understand that's beyond his control but I mention to the manager that she should have sent him home she argued it's hot we been working in the hot 13 hours. Front desk guy has no manners. Seems like he doesn't want to be a work. Truck return instructions are vague and nonexistent. Found kitchen roach in the truck before I put my belongings in it and it made its way into my new apartment. I tried to kill it when I first saw it but the bottom lining to the truck made for a great escape. Would not come back to this location.JENNIFER C.

Checking out the equipment was great. Everyone, during checkout was respectful and made sure I was good to go with the trailer. The problem I had was checking in the trailer. It was understaffed, so it took longer to check it in. The employees their looked like they didn't want to be there. But, I would rent from that location again. staff no help in learning to adjust truck to drive, no direct instructions on returning after hours, upon returning truck at 7:30 PM - no signs, no barcodes, no key drop-box; had to lock keys in truck ultimately after attempting to get help from staff on site & by phone.
