Karla MagieRedlands office attendant was pleasant and quick with his work. Problem was he was the only person to help many customers at same time, and some of the customers were needy, thereby taking much of the attendants time. Time factor to get trailer taken care of too far longer than it should have. Over all good experience

Maureen LongeneckerWell, I was charged for 50 extra miles but I drove on the freeway the whole way there and back. The only route to stay within the milage allowed was along a very curvy and single lane mountain road which is ridiculous in the large truck. I don't agree with the extra charge and would like a refund because it would be unsafe to take a 26' loaded truck on mountain road with a steep grade rather than the freeway.

Wayne MizeI would have liked to have gotten a little rundown on my 20 ft U-Haul like about turning off the tow haul when it's empty and I'm going through the mountains. Instead I just got told you got this mama! When I went to get in the vehicle being the first time I had drove a 20 footer. Other than that I was very pleased and had a great time driving it. It was fun considering I had to practically live out of it for 2 days. Thank you for your service
Deanna WhitlockI made a reservation weeks in advance and Redlands uhaul didn't have my reserved trailer available for me today. I was told, "They were supposed to call you yesterday." I was able to drive 20 min away to get another trailer, but this made for a very hectic day.

john manzanoLocation seemed to be short staffed, which is understandable. However it took a long time to get loaded up and inspected and get out the door. This biggest down fall is the employees made me do online check in. Instead of doing it for me. I feel I pay for a service with u haul. Not having to do all the logistic myself. I know it's possible for the employees to do it because I rented a trailer just two weeks ago from a different location and the did it for me.

David VegaThe Returning process took some time because there are not enough people working in the office. The girl who processes returns was busy outside with the return trucks and there were many trucks being returned at the time I was there. So I waited inside for almost 30 minutes. I think you need someone at ALL times in the office because there was a line of people waiting and were upset about the wait. Otherwise I really like this area where this Uhaul is. It is my go to Uhaul. Thank you Debbie W.

Hal HouserInstaller was not friendly. Long lines at the counter. In addition to the hitch installation, I had made arrangements with an employee from this store to look at my trailer wiring, when I got there, they said they did not have it in their records and couldn't work on it. It was not easy to bring my trailer down there, it was a wasted trip. If it couldn't be done, it should have been said so from the beginning.
