The original location wasn't open when advertised. The equipment worked very well but was pretty dirty outside and inside when we picked it up.Kathryn C.
I was super annoyed not by the mass amount of people but more by the staff and how they handled A high volume time. A girl with long black hair seemed miserable so that's how she handled a very long line of customers. Super unprofessional!!! She literally just sat In a chair moving so SLOW out of frustration. She was helping me but had a lot of side things going. She gave me the wrong truck keys and I was delayed for such a long time. The staff at this facility are excellent. In fact there was a line of people patiently waiting when a guy came and cut in line. Multiple customers were quite upset and confronted the guy He was in return very rude and cussing. The staff handled it calmly and remained professional and in charge of the business beautifully. Just FYI...The van, while nice, worked very well etc. it was dirty on the outside when I picked it up.Kit S.
