Improve your computer system so it's easier for your employees to use I hade trouble purchasing an item because you're system only showed one in stock when I found two and wanted to purchase two. It worked out in the long run and I was taken care of but with today's technology there should never be a problem with inventory and purchases

Wouldn't recommend this location cause workers are lazy I rented a trailer on Friday and returned it Saturday worker told me I was good to go that it was checked in and then come to find out I'm being billed more cause worker didn't check it in properly.


Only one employee was loosely wearing a mask in morning and afternoon crew. Covid unsafe.

Where we originally scheduled to pick up our truck the truck was not available so we had to drive further out to the Redlands location to pick up a truck. When we went to pick up the truck it was completely out of gas so it would not start. We had to wait for Uhaul to add to cans of gas then we had to drive it to a gas station to add gas which was an inconvenience.

Need 2 x 3 people for counter service during busy times of day


i had to drive 1 hour to pick up truck because there was none in my location - request an additional 2 hours and was told have to call a number - so i did the person attending said call drop off location - drop off location said not a a uhaul dealer so could not help me - after waistting 1/2 on 3 calls


I was charged for using 50 miles when there was no way possible I could've used 50 miles I drove from one spot to another somehow someway I got scammed

Customer service is terrible I had a reservation for a trailer and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it. I was then sent to a another location to pick one up and they weren't even open. Went back to the original location and told what happen and was told it was nothing they could do. I was then told another one would be coming in soon. And after a 2 hour wait it did. I then return the trailer back after using for a day. And was accused of the trailer being dirty and having oil spills on it, ( it was already on there when I rented it) I was towing a car frame so the oil spills did not come from me,

I was charged for an extra day. Told I would get the receipt by e-mail when I turned in the pick-up. Then only got the receipt after I placed a complaint - and then realized that I was listed as turning the pick-up in the day following the day I turned it in - still waiting to hear back from my complaint! I turned the pick-up in on 1/8/21, the receipt stated 1/9/21..... The time was right, but the date not - how is that possible??

I appreciate the refund given for the charge for an extra day and respect your policies and workers responsibility in charging appropriate overcharged but this employee was rude, and humiliating even cause if other customers to greet me outside and tell me to contact support. I hope this employee Bryan gets extra training in customer service and you help him with some diversity training in how to treat people. You never know what someone is going through at any given time and the stress involved in moving. Your store doesn't hAve the best rep in this community and I can see this may be a reason. I don't think the way I was treated was worth 30 minutes of extra time. It's hard times we are going through right now and both sides of the desk may be effected so I will hold my judgment but I hope his attitude gets some attention.


Way to long to answer phone average wait 15 mins

Service Center should verify hours of operations before having someone confirm three times truck would be available for pick up at 8am. I had a reservation set for Friday, Jan 1 (new years day) for a 15 foot truck, available at 8am. I called on Wed, Dec 30th, waited on hold for 22 minutes before I was able to get through to someone. I was then confirmed a pick up at another location I did not request for 8am (The Alabama location). This person I spoke to told me to call later in the night to verify no changes have been made. I followed directions and waited 27 minutes on hold to get though to the next person (I believe here name was Beth). While Beth was helpful, she was not able to resolve my issue about location pickup because those who scheduled me originally told me otherwise. Beth again confirmed my pick up at same location and told me I would receive an email with this confirmation. The next day, Dec 31st came and still no confirmation, so I again waited on hold at least 15-20 min before reaching someone. After speaking to them I was confirmed for 8am, Jan 1, 2021 at Alabama and a text and email confirmation was sent. I arrived at store by 8 am to find store was closed and other people waiting who were also told they could pick up their truck at 8am. I hired two movers at 25 bucks an hour, so this really upset me knowing the hour I'm waiting, set me back 50$ already. I called UHaul again, spoke to someone who was very sympathetic, and I don't blame here, but reservations and a manager were not available to help me with my dilemma. So I waited the hour to get my truck. When I got to the counter the lady was not nice, and seemed like she was upset to be working. I was the first customer of the day! This was very off setting, I could understand if it was the end of the day, but to be so rude and abrasive, this in itself told me to never use this location again. I have a Colorado License, with California insurance and California plates, I wasx shocked to be asked for FOUR phones numbers to be contacted at. Why would any place need 4 numbers? I work for the State of California, and for San Bernardino Sheriffs dept as a registered nurse, why on earth would the company require four numbers? As I gave her my second number she asked, “Whos that belong to” I told her its my mom's. Then the third and fourth number she gave me attitude like I was lying about them and questioned why I have 3 phone numbers, this was not professional or appreciated, especially since 4 other customers were waiting in line behind me and could hear. The person who checked me out then asked me how many miles I would be going. I told her I already estimated that when I put my Driver's license and information in online. She got and and said pick a number. This person then said you reserved the truck for 6 hours, so you will have it back by 2 correct? I had to correct her I reserved the truck for 7 hours, and that was with a pick-up time of 8am. She made the correction and I was charged and given my truck. The truck was clean. The truck transmission was slipping, and I was on flat surface. The engine would downshift going only 20 miles an hour! I returned my truck and filled it up to just below the first line of full, yet Jenna marked I only returned it at less than half. I told her about this and she told me, that's okay, don't worry about it. I took pictures of starting mileage, and ending mileage, both of which have where the fuel was marked, so please let me know if you would like this for proof. I do hope that I will be credited for the time I lost with the movers and the added distance since my original location of pick up with near Calimesa. First truck they gave me was dirty and as I was sweeping it out myself I let a different associate know. He got me a different truck right away - he was super helpful and kind. The other employee wasn't wearing a mask and was coughing and during a pandemic that made me feel a little uncomfortable.
