Channing JAlways enjoy working with uhaul company. I've been using uhauls regularly for the last 8 years, 2 to 6 times a year.
GAIL LTrucks are very beat up. Truck I rented sounded like there was a transmission problem. It was reported to employee.
PATRICK EPick up site was great and so was the staff. I would recommend that if a vehicle has a "speed limiter" on it that the details are disclosed at time of pickup or asked if it was agreeable. I didn't realize the max speed was 75 for a while until I tried to overtake someone and COULD NOT. This could be a safety hazard if not made aware. Plus what if I needed to go into a state like Montana with a posted speed of 80+. First time I ran into this and I had many questions that of course I couldn't ask while driving.
Spencer HMy representative was backed up but she handled her job with grace and precision. She was very professional even though some customers were giving attitude. I have used Uhaul for over 15 years but it's customer service like this agent today that lets me know it's the best choice as always. Thanks Holli!

Dan JThe truck, and appearance of the entire fleet, is that the vehicles are maintained in pristine working condition, clean and provide a safe method of transporting items. Staff was very helpful and cheering (despite it being very early) and walked me through the process as it was my first time.
Victor LHonestly everything was great so it’s really difficult to say what can be improved, though I would say that there should be a reimbursement for customers that fill the gas tank fuller than it was when they rented it.
Lindsey HIt's just kind of a dirty little place that could use an up to date paint job and regular sweeping. The people working there were friendly enough and we got what we needed which was a decent truck and a good out trailer.

Tim MIn Feb. the company not just the UHaul dealer acted like 6th graders on a play ground. Telling me they are black listing me because I am related to someone that owes the company $. I went in yesterday and rented a pick up with no problem. Would have been nice if they had done that the first time.

STEVEN SThe Uhaul location that we had scheduled to drop off at was A to Z storage and they turned us away when we arrived. They should have taken the trailer as scheduled, and if they couldn't store it, they should have moved it themselves. The man who helped us at 8805 N Division was very helpful.

cory tTrucks headliner was torn and hanging, the ceiling had food stains and crumbs on it inner fender well was broken and rubbing on the tire during the drive and front left brake kept sticking at lights. first truck i have ever disliked from uhaul and this truck had 197k rough miles on it sadly. but it still got the job done.

COREY CI did not make this reservation! How was some complete stranger able to make a reservation under my account without checking with me first?! Am I going to be in trouble for this? If something happened, would I be held responsible!? I got no answer to these questions, no one could help me; the only question Uhaul is willing to answer is "how are Uhaul so great?" Terrible. Terrible terrible terrible.

Oscar HThe gal that helped me had no customer skills. I asked if I could drop off the UHaul at a certain location in Kennewick, never gave an answer. When I asked again I was told I had to call to find out. Never gave me a number to call. Truck was half full when picked up. Window washers were broke. That was after I filled it full of window washing fluid. This store completely sucks!!!

Robert Llocation appeared to be understaffed. There only appeared to be 2 people working (in the office at least) on a Sunday morning. There were 7-10 customers waiting and one guy was working with them while the other guy was retrieving equipment from the lot. The two guys who were there were pleasant/professional and working hard to help the customers. Still had an approximate 20 min wait in line. New guy hooked up my van and trailer. I had to remind him to connect the safety chain from the trailer to the van. Opened the back of the van and there were pine needles all over the place. The U-Haul employee quickly got a leaf blower and blew the back of the van out. Windshield wiper blade on driver side was not completely attached to wiper arm. During windy conditions a highway speed the wiper blade partially detached from wiper arm. Had to pull over and reattach several times during 1,200-mile drive. Van had no wiper fluid in it at dispatch. Had to add my own wiper fluid. I would have assumed that fully attached wiper blades and wiper fluid would have been provided by U-Haul. Visibility degradation is a serious issue especially in winter driving conditions. Other than above issues the Van was clean and operated as advertised.

Kevin DLiterally the only issue I had was that when I moved my stuff out of storage, a fair amount of water had dripped from the ceiling onto a desk I had stored in the middle of the left side of the unit. The desk has a glass top so nothing was damaged, but there was water in the unit.

It is not satisfactory to not be able to prorate the rent. I am very dissatisfied that's when I pre-ordered the storage unit it didn't indicate that my unit was on a second floor with no elevator available.

I called on a Sunday and Monday and customer service sent an email to the Manager of this location to call me BUT that manager never did. I went to the location and a young gentleman helped me. The young man who helped me gave me one month free BUT I just paid a few days before this issue so technically I was never offered anything for the inconvenience and incompetence of that Eric guy. However, the manager still did not have the decency and respect to call me and follow up at least on the emails he received. And I know he received them because I was cc'd on those emails. Poor customer service skills and no follow through for a manager. Might as well give the title and the pay to that young gentleman who at least made an effort to resolve the situation.

paul s | Expérience généraleUnfortunately I could only give you haul a 3-star rating with their storage facility because you weren't allowed in your storage unit whenever you wanted. it had to be opened by staff. Also we were going to move everything out at the beginning of the month only to find out we wouldn't receive a refund for the rest of the month that we did not use the unit. Once you pay on the first apparently it's final. And you can't be refunded any money.
