Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJonathan deserves a raise! His customer service is impeccable, always smiling and eager to assist.
JESSICA L | Premières impressionsCouldn't get into my unit on move in day (01/19). Access code didn't work. Will be back today (01/20) to have them show me again.
Aimee H | Déménagement en ligneThey charged me 3months for a storage unit I never even had, and I personally went down there to take off my storage unit package. Had to get refunded for those 3months! They lack communication skills, will never ever use them again!
James D | Expérience généraleSome of the UHaul staff were rude (an older guy, especially) and there were always UHaul trucks parked outside our unit, requiring us to go ask for someone to move the truck - which sometimes took a long time, depending on how busy it was and how many staff people were available. The property itself is small and hard to navigate with inconvenient parking options and so so many UHaul trucks parked everywhere.
Skyler B | Expérience généraleThe U-Haul representative who handled my transaction was amazing. Well-communicative and understanding. Definite management material.
MATTHEW S | Expérience généraleOverall great experience. The assistant manager Jon was so helpful in assisting me with my move. He had all the best recommendations. Highly recommend this Uhaul location.
Shemaine P | Expérience généraleThe young man that helped me sucked and I guess it was all because he happened to be the manager son well in all honesty I don't care if you jesus son you dont do your job well and you made u-haul storage look bad it was the one on n.division he was white nerdy looking the African man named Jonathan was 100 percent better and he knows just who I am taking about
Gertrude W | Premières impressionsEveryone was really helpfull
William D | Premières impressionsThere were quite a few mishaps. People that didn't understand the operating system in the computer, calls to the manager, scribbling my name and number on a ripped off corner of paper for the manager the next day to straighten out the order. Went in the next morning and there was still a lot of confusion. I ended up booking through them for a storage unit down the road. Not crazy about the rat trap when I opened the door but I guess that is what it is. Not impressed with the lock system on the storage doors. Pop one rivet or so in the lock falls off. Other than that everything was great. The staff was trying to help they just couldn't quite get it together.
dan c | Premières impressionsWhen I dropped my truck off on 4/4, I let the GM Cory know I was also done with my storage unit. He told me to go out back and take the lock off and he would close it out when he got back inside. Apparently he did not, because John called me on 4/12 to ask if I had rented a storage unit with them (he knew the answer). I answered a hesitant “yes” because I was confused. At this point, he rudely asked “why I said yes like that” as if he was accusing me of something. I informed him about everything with Cory on 4/4 when I dropped my truck off and he said “oh” and “I’ll close it out.” He also didn’t close it out. On 4/15, I get the notification I’ll have a bill coming up soon. I call the facility this time and explain everything again. The man who answered the phone said he would take my name and number, go look in the unit to make sure “it looked good,” and call me back. I was admittedly pretty upset and heated at this point. I informed him I was done with the unit on 4/4 and followed their GM’s instructions. If there was a problem with the unit, it had nothing to do with me and I was not waiting around or stepping out of work again for something that should have already been taken care of (twice). He essentially told me he was trying to help me but what else could he do. Fortunately another employee must have overheard because he ended up getting on the phone. The other employee told me some other customer had put their stuff in the unit I had vacated per the GM’s instructions and that it caused a lot of confusion. Things happen, and had this ended after John’s (rather rude) phone call on 4/12, I would have just dropped it there and let it go. But the whole experience was rather souring. The GM is very nice, but what a cluster this was. Also, John had an accusatory attitude when I was confused about why there was a second lock on my unit. Perhaps I did miss him telling me they put second locks on them overnight, but when I asked, the first words out of his mouth should not have been “I told you this yesterday.” Perhaps I missed it since you checked me into one unit, and then had to move me to another one for unforeseen problems right away. Again, each thing I would have let go, but in totality, it deserves to be heard.
