Telling a customer that YOU will not rent to them if they do not have a full name and phone number for a second person is ridiculous. A second party does not need and is not a part of this transaction.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. First, I left a voicemail indicating that I would be late picking up the truck. The reservation was cancelled anyway. When I asked the representative if received my voicemail, she only said that she just got there. I mentioned that someone should probably check for messages, and I received no reply or comment. Second, the truck I was provided with appeared to be in serious need of alignment. Once on the highway, it seemed to bounce around. I believed it was unsafe on the highway, and that my items would not be safe inside, so I returned it. Although I was provided with a different truck, I received no apology for the inconvenience from the same customer service representative. Third, upon arrival at the moving site, I discovered that the dolly was dirty, badly scratched, and one weld was broken. After wasting a bottle of Lysol cleaning it, I determined it was still not useful for my nice items. I was too far away to return it, and had already begun loading the truck, so I was forced to move all items by hand. This made a hard day of moving even harder. I reported this to the same representative. Although she said she removed the dolly charge, and the contract was extended because it would take me much longer, I again received no apology for the inconvenience. The recorded phone call will verify this. Fourth, I called again to report that there was yard waste on the ramp and under the dolly, and that I had to sweep it myself. I did receive an apology from a representative named Hector after a long pause. Fifth, the cab smelled terrible, and the drop site after hours smelled like a garbage dump. It was nauseating to stand there trying to access an online account late at night and take pictures in order to return the truck. Sixth, the verbal agreement to remove the dolly charge was not reflected in the cumbersome online return process while I was standing in a place that smelled awful. I will not use U-haul again, and will recommend that others avoid U-haul unless I am satisfied that this will not happen to others. Thank you for your time.

Nothing. These guys were great. We have had some nightmare expierences in the past with another store but because of these guys and your prices are stupid amazing, we will go to uhaul every time now!!! Thank you for making moving not be as stressful as it usually is!!!

I was not able to rent the truck I wanted and the truck I rented was smaller then I needed plus I only got to rent the smaller truck it for 6 hours. I still had to pay full rate even though I had to return the truck early.

This location is VERY understaffed. This is the 2nd time i have been in to rent a trailer in the last month and both times I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Both times i used online checkin to cut the time down. This time i had to wait in line for 40 minutes. Only 2 people in front of me. One guy was there on his own as the other person was at lunch. It was FRiday afternoon around 4pm. Why would there ever be just one person there? I will not be using Uhaul again. So annoyed and dissapointed. I will say that the man that helped us though totally overwhelmed stayed calm and polite throughout. When i left the store he had about 6 people in line. They are probably still waiting.

They were suppose to credit miles back to me but did not......Trevon called me and asked to bring some previous customers key which got left on the Uhaul key chain and when I rented the vehicle it was on there so I went out of my way to bring it back and Trevon said he would credit me back Miles for doing that for him.........let me know what you're going to do about this please.

I was contacted by the home office on the way to Spokane and was PROMISED that they would meet the rate of storage I had set up at another place. That reservation was made at least a week before I arrived in Spokane. When I got here and we looked it up at the ORIGINAL place I was to return the truck and store my stuff, they did indeed have the reservation but had forgotten to look at their own computer and so they didn't have a space for me. I was sent down the road to this store and she was EXTREMELY helpful but they too did not have the size storage unit I was promised. She did her best to find something for me and when she sent me to the U-Haul she had found, they too had not updated their own computer reservations and so I was put in a larger unit. HOWEVER, I am on disability and have a very limited income and the unit I was given was more than twice what I was promised. It was the weekend and I was left with no choice. I tried to explain and I tried to find a new storage unit but they were NOT VERY HELPFUL at all. I tried over and over to get to upper management and was blocked EVERY TIME. At this time, due to my disability, I am unable to move it all to a smaller unit and so I am having to pay more than twice what I was promised. They say that the phone calls are all recorded and they will send them to you if you want but that didn't work out either. I use to work for U-Haul years ago as an asst. manager and we NEVER treated customers this way. YOU ALL AT U-HAUL OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

I waited 40 minutes in line to get an RSVP. Not the end of the world. But the associate who served me had an attitude that made me want to slap him. He was yawning in mid sentence, would not make eye contact, gave commands like “meet me out front” as he was walking away. Very dismissive and I kept wondering what his problem was. Other staff seemed to be cordial and friendly. This guy just didn’t want to be there, and I wish he wasn’t.

Always have to wait due to chronic understaffing, which is why I booked the rental at a different location but it was changed and only received a text saying it was “updated” not telling me the location was changed.

I required a trailer to acquire a new riding lawn mower. The first trailer was to small. I immediately went back for a larger size and one was available. The parking lot is not conducive to long trailers. Not easy to maneuver.

Put fuel in truck, picked up empty. Reserved appliance dolly and they didnt have one. That made the washing machine diffucult to move.

I'll give it to your crew they work together and their problem solvers. My experience started out uncomfortable with the computers having a glitch. Upon returning it was treated excellent. Once again thank you to the crew send to the U-Haul company. You made my families move how much easier experience.
