The equipment was clean but not maintained. Keep good tires on your trailers. Luckily the location had a second car transport trailer because the that I initially received had a very bad wear on it. Nevertheless, the young ladies there were super professional and friendly.

MARY HITTHave your employees to be friendly and cordial and not be disrespectful. They don't acknowledge you when you say hey, how are you? I had to repeat myself to get a yeah! No, your welcome just acting like zombies. Treat the customer like an inconvenience. And then one of them damaged my tire and rim and of course denied it. A horrible experience at this location.
Paul JarreauMs.Kadijah is a wonderful store manager. She is the best. Her attitude and customer service is beyond excellent. I will always rent from this location only. The other stores staffs are not friendly at all like this location. If I could rate this store with a 100, I would. Thats just how much I love the staffs here at this location.
Chessica WilsonHave employees place more importance on the overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle inside / outside.Preventative maintenance and repairs should be addressed when vehicles are checked into shop.Items I experienced with my rental: (1) Headlights did not work properly and had to use high beams at all times (2) both rear tires only had 20 lbs. tire pressure when correct pressure is (80 lbs). Before I returned the truck both tires had deflated again to (20 lbs), Obviously had slow leaks. I personally aired up tires to proper inflation (3) The entire vehicle had not been washed in a while. I personally had to clean all windows. (4). I booked the truck two weeks ahead for a 4 day rental; however after I picking up the truck I was contacted via email saying it was to be returned in 4 hours. The customer service personnel said it was my mistake. After further discussion with her we were able to extend my rental properly. Our corporation has used this facility annually for many years, but we were very disappointed in the level of care and service regarding the safety of the vehicle indicating poor customer service and quality control.

Kalena Garrett | Expérience généraleThis is the #1 Uhaul facility in the country for customer service HANDS DOWN! I had a one way auto transport to return and was rented as a local in Montgomery AL. The "Girls of Pearl" (hope you liked that) were tremendous in resolving the issue. I go out of my way to deal with this location and you should too or in time you'll find out you should have.

cavin brownThe customer service at this location is terrible. Pickup was cancelled because we were late, even though we told them we were running late. Had to rebook the rental and lose two hours of rental. Then we we tried to return, there was no one working the counter. A line of people waited half an hour for someone to show up.

Conesha HolidayI had made a reservation with another location in Pearl, Ms 4494 US-80, but they said they did not have a 4x8 trailer, like i had reserved. This location, 2203 US 80 pearl, Ms 39208, was very dis-interested in helping me change the reservation from the original location. After prompting the attendant to call and cancel the other reservation, and telling her I needed blankets like the original reservation, she then forgot to add the blankets to the order and then had to run another charge for the blankets. She then directed me to pull around and said "The guy in the back will have it all ready for you to go" So he hooked up the trailer and we left. Once we got down the road about 10 minutes, I realized the blankets may not be in the trailer and so I called back and the original attendant said she forgot to get them for us. So we drove back 10 minutes and she got them out of the warehouse. Overall it was a very poor customer service and attitude. That may be why there is only a 2,6 Star review on Google. Once we called to turn the trailer in, we had an EXCELLENT experience with the online operator. She was great and very understanding and made up for the lack of professionalism at the two Pearl locations.

James DavisThe change oil light was on. I had to request twice that someone come to the vehicle to answer a question about the vehicle. When returning the vehicle I couldn't find anyone in the store. After several attempts of calling them I had to call on the phone to get someone to come into the shop. Rudeness when returning the vehicle.

Troy BaughThe truck was terrible! I rented on a Monday and we had an ice storm the following day so we couldn't use the rental pretty much at all that day in fear of the ice. We made 2 -3 trips the following day and had to bring it back a couple hours late because of weather. I received my bill and it's more than what I was told it would be. From now on, I'll rent from Penske or another more reputable company!

I'll also be sure to tell other people that I know to use the better and more friendly location only five miles up the road.
Michael TurnerThe staff was completely confused about what equipment was available. We needed a one way rental to tow our car because it broke down, and they recommended we get a truck at one place and the car dolly at another place. They first said a 10 foot truck and trailer were available and then changed their mind and said they only had a 26 foot truck. The two stores would not communicate with each other and then it turned out we got the truck and trailer at the same store. It was completely inefficient, confusing, and cost us more because of the size of the truck. The communication was horrible.

They are not friendly. Will not be using this location. Again. There us another location. Not to far. They are polite and do not try to get over on customers. Unacceptable.

Tracey WatsonPick up was flawless!!! the car trailer was exactly what I needed and was in great shape, loading and unloading was easy, U-Haul even had a video on the internet to show how. Drop off was left open, after unloading I attempted to return the rental at the closest facility listed, and was there 1 hour 20 minutes before closing according to the listed info, and it was unattended, (Ii arrived @ 3:40PM), then the next closest was scheduled to close in 20 minutes (at 4PM), which was on the other side of town. When I called customer service for help they were very helpful, the customer service rep told me they showed a return to a different facility in a adjacent town, that was open until 7PM after that everything went fine. At pickup / drop off facilities and customer service, the were people were super nice and friendly and very helpful.

Brittany CaseThe van had cigarette ashes in the cupholder and had the smell of smoke. It took some Lysol wipes and spray to remove it. The back of the van was clean. Customer service was good. Had the van available when they said it would be. Overall was a good experience. Would use them again.

Dropping off the lady said she didn't know how to unhook and not strong enough to operated the dolly had to do it myself. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to check in and didn't give a reciept

Kirby LeeThe truck was really unsafe because it kept acting like it wanted to stall and the brakes need some maintenance. Not to mention putting so much money in the tank just to maintain 1/4 tank and I only went to North Jackson once and then back to Pearl. That was $30. Ridiculous!!!

I was emailed several invoices showing my refund. Several days later, I have not seen my refund nor does anyone in the office answer the phone during normal business hours.

Rats chewed yp my furniture, urinated and dedicated on my furniture and clothes. Let's not forget the roaches and spiders that infested my belongings also. Would not recommend this facility to a homeless person to live. This place needs to be condemned.

That is inappropriate. If it doesn't have anything to do with Uhaul or business matter, stop your conversation and take care of the customer.
