My only criticism with this location is that I had to wait on another customer to mi e their trailer so that I could park mine and unhitch. I was very displeased with the initial pickup location was not the closest facility and did not have the unitJAMES D.

The woman who checked me out was a little sassy because I did not have my cell and proceeded to preach a little sermon. There was an excellent reason but she did not care. The young man who checked me back in was quick, competent and very friendly and I was headed home in a flash. The phone service was horrendous or should I say non-existsnt, I just hung up both times I tried to call!LINDA G.

I was very pleased. They had what I needed. The clerk was doing everything by the book and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her and this U-HAULGARY W.
Make the check much easier, it took me over 30 minutes to get approved and making me late for appointment I had to drive to. And your pricing is misleading since on your van it says $19.99 a day. I had the vehicle less than 12 hours. Plus I returned at 7pm and couldn't get checked in due to no charge on phone due to no plug in for van and the guy working at the time had a bunch of folks outside and he's locked up in the office. Poor customer service. I was charged way to much for a van it should have been $19.99 instead of $69 or $79 that I was charged. Not happy with U-Haul!! Boast one price and charges another!!Carrie C.

We had reserved a truck, but when we got there to get it the truck was no longer available. I was sent 38 additional miles to another location for a truck, but when got there the place was closed after being assured it would be open. Customer service then told me the nearest location from where I was that was open would be about another 100 miles or do. I was then told I could reserve a truck for the next day back at the location where I started out. Mysteriously my fiancee called and spoke with the location where this all started a d suddenly there was a truck available. This is a heckuva way to run a business.MARSHALL M.
