It seemed the shocks were worn out on the vehicle. There's a lot of bouncing made for an adventure. Everyone was very polite. Le service à la clientèle était génial. It was easy to do everything online as well as check and check out.

The truck was not maintained. It broke down after approximately 60 miles on the road due to faulty spark plug installation. This should have been caught as part of a regular tuneup or maintenance inspection.

Complete opposite of my experience in Oakhurst. Quick and efficient return with the exception that when I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be emailed to me, and I never received one.

No issue, but they should have one driveway for inbound and one for outbound traffic, no a combined driveway. I had a hard time to get out of the place.

The app is absolutely horrible. I wasn't able to use it for pickup, and had to do the return process three times because it kept resetting. It was freezing and raining, and I had to keep running around in the rain taking pictures of the truck.

U-Haul is my go to for all my moving needs or packing convenient locations speedy service. The people are very very kind and nice.

Whoever rented the van before I did had a dirty dog on the car seat. The van stunk and there were dog hairs on the passenger seat. Apparently, none of your employees noticed it. After a few hours in your vehicle, my clothes started to smell like a gross dirty dog. That was not cool.

The overall experience was easy and convenient. The Equipment was clean and ready for use, but the gas gauge failed to read properly. The gauge remained on "E" from the second day of use onward. Being unable to determine the proper fuel level cost me more than $112 for 20 gallons of fuel for having driven less that 150 miles. Not happy. The team at the center was fantastic in their understanding of my situation.

This is second time renting the 5x8 covered trailer. The first was newer and had more hooks inside. Plus had a door ramp. The second one did not have ramp.

The tie down strap for one wheel on the tow dolly was ripped more than halfway theiguh. I couldn't believe they were going to let it go out that way. Huge safety factor. I made them install a new strap before I accepted the rental. What a joke.

I probably wouldn't suggest U-Haul to anyone after my latest experience which was horrendous, abysmal, uncaring, alarming, dreadful, demoralizing, disturbing, troubling, and unnerving. But as shown me by my recent experience U-Haul doesn't care and this review means nothing to the corporation. It won't even get a response.

The service, and the trailer I rented were excellent. However, they desperately need to work on the east side of the lot. The potholes were big enough they had to put pylons in them. I'm just glad I was driving a truck.

Well, worst experience ever. Reserved a tow dolly for 6 hours. Arrived to pick it up at 7am. Did paperwork and then some alert popped up and said can't rent to me. Associate said I probably had a late fee. I said no, never returned anything late and also, you pay when returning so if there was it would have been taken then. Had me call the number. On hold for 53 minutes, then says sorry call back later and hangs up. Called again, wait time going to be 90 minutes. I then opted for the call back option. Says wait time 15 minutes. Wtf, call backs take priority over people waiting on hold??? Finally get a call back, rep doesn't believe I was on hold that long. Well, I was. She told me the alert was put in because the emergency contact person had some problem with their account. So I am punished for something someone else did? My account was clean. Anyway, it is now 8 am and been at location for 2 hours. Tell associate alert is clear and now can rent. Tells me he has to go hook up equipment and someone will be with me. Waited for the other associates to help everyone else. Finally get to me again. Tells me I have to return it by 1pm. I said I have 4 hours of driving . He says, well you have to have it back by 1. I said I reserved it for 6 hours. He said yes you only rented six hours at 7am pick up. Well, you guys wasted 2 hours of it. Any, I got it rushed like hell and brought it back. No one was mean or anything, but everyone just didn't seem to give a crap. Was pretty much my problem and they could care less. Example, while I was on hold for so long in the store, the associate not once says, wow still on hold and apologize. That's what I would of done. No theys just talk and laugh with each other and pretend I am invisible. Whole experience sucked. I rented stuff before and all have been good. This time it was beyond bad!!

The customer service was great. The only thing I'd recommend is a little clearer instructions with how/where to drop off equipment and what to do upon return of rental. That much was a little confusing. But once I asked the staff were helpful

While they were shorthanded they went out of their way to get the customers on the way. I have never had a negative experience with this U-Haul and will continue to rent from them.

tighten up the steering on the truck, it has play that requires constant adjustments. Might check the brakes, don't know if it could handle a panic stop. And the lights!!!! Good God! Drive that sucker down I5 at night in the rain, and then do what's right!

My furnitures were broken when it has arrived. I do not know if it happened during transit or while in the storage. I do not know how to rank this storage.

I had to wait for my uboxes. They were not ready when I arrived for the appointment time. The billing system was having issues with my order. They were not able to close out my storage order onsite.

I had to access my U-box three times while I stored it at Curtner Ave. I called and gave advance notice every time, and only one time they had it ready. This location isn't efficient. Long waits

The person who helped us access our U-Box was quick, friendly, and thoughtful. It was the first positive experience we've had with U-Haul since beginning our move from Austin, TX.

I tried to call the branch several times to confirm a time to pick up the contents of my Ubox but the number listed routed me to a call center instead. Frustrating when trying to arrange times etc...

It's hard to make a phone call to the store. And please end the u-box lease, then reimburse my 2nd-month bill.
