Provide the operators with more updated computer equipment . His work was above average. But his equipment was used for money and credit transactions which could increase errors for customers and operators

Adeline MBest thing about this location is its location right off the freeway, although, not the best neighborhood. It is right off the freeway and easy to enter. It is very small, but the directions are good as to where to leave the truck. It was raining the day we dropped off and it was a little muddy. Overall, check out was very quick.

Rudolph Wunder staffed, general manager a black man washing hi sBLACK truck on company time was washing his personal truck and was slow o attend me as a disabled vet, today at Kansas location,, and barked at me outside store stating i have the wrong tow ball, MY 2" tow ball and the was purchased thru McHenry location iand was sitting on my bumper as I removed from my truck bed in anticipation for the needed 4x7 utility trailer connecting to my 2019 RA<M 1500 4x4 a class 5 receiver hitch from RAM factory Purcell , Bill Modesto,ca

Rico CDuring the turn in process after hours, where the app asks for pictures of the truck and such, there should probably be a final step to drop the keys in the drop box. I went through the whole process of taking pictures of the inside of the cab, so I kept the keys on me for the process, without a final reminder I forgot I had the keys and had to return to drop them off an hour later.
William PEven though the general manager was clearly training a new guy, the two of them worked through a line four deep first thing in the morning quickly and efficiently. This man needs to be mentored and promoted so that he can positively affect more people in your already great organization.
