There were pallets left in the trailer when i picked it up. Those pallets ended up putting a hole in my new couch. Really would have liked those to be removed prior to me taking the trailer.

When I returned it in TX it was exactly the same. You have a great set of people that have sold me for life. As easy as this move is I will be using U-Haul again. Keep up the great work. BRANDON C.Had to wait 40 minutes even though I had a scheduled appointment. I traveled from Overland Park, KS to Chandler, AZ and they gave me a 20' vehicle which had over 75 600 miles on it. There were many times where I did not think the truck was going to make it for the long haul.

Lisa G.Disorganized, app didn't work, no dropbox at the lot for keys, had to run through 60 upsell screens on the app and it still sent me inside due to some drivers license upload issue. Just a huge hassle and wasted a lot of my time.
David H.Mobile pickup was simple and easy. The truck was parked on the street (78th) and it was not clear if I was allowed to park it there at the return, since the lot was pretty full. Make parking for the return a little more clear. Everything else was great with it.

Laurie A.The truck blows visible smoke from the exhaust pipe, which means it's burning oil so the piston rings may need to be checked. It's an older model that has been well used with the bare bones cabin. Is it well maintained? It runs...lacks power... When you ask if it's clean does that mean did I see the team members service the truck cab interior with a leaf blower? Then yes. The price increase from 0,79¢/mile in January to $1,09/mile yesterday was a bit jarring as it's 38 % increase in less than a month's time from my last rental. Understand that prices fluctuate based on your demand, or whims, but your truck rentals aren't exclusive to KC. I'll be looking into alternative rentals in the future. Budget, Penske and City Truck all come to mind.
Tom R.The guy who hooked up the trailer I rented was great. Seth is his name I think. My truck light hook up did not check out and he quickly and systematically checked and cleaned the internal wiring harness connection.

TIM G.I thought it was going to cost @$30 but ended up being 2x that amount. I had the truck for 1 hour and about 20 miles. Fees, mileage, etc., was not disclosed until final charges at the rental location. RIPPED OFF!!! Ridiculous!
Deborah S.I was suppose to get self pick up. I never received a code for the lock to pick up my key for the truck. I had to sit for an hour for them to open the door. It was Sunday and they did not open until 9 am. That was why I wanted self pick up. But it did not work that way.

Derek L.When I arrived there were no employees in the location. When someone appeared a few minutes later, she was literally watching tiktok videos on her phone while checking me in. The truck they brought around for me had the check engine light on and the engine was making a terrible grinding noise. I had to go back into the location and ask for a new truck as I did not trust that the truck would make it to my home. They were able to give me a different truck.
Megan G.The equipment functioned well but had a terrible odor in the cabin (smoke and body odor) and the check engine light remained on the entire time. I've used this location several times and this was the first time the equipment was subparâ€"it functioned well, but a subpar experience using it.

mike L.Everthing went smoothly until it was time to drop off the trailer. Were were told to drop off the trailer at Big Rock, KY which was about 37 minutes away from our destination. The day we were leaving, we found out it was 4 hours away and added 3 hours to our return trip home. We found a uhaul in Louiville, called and had the drop off point changed. After that, the return went smootly.
David E.The app is a user experience nightmare. Too many app to text message steps to follow. Submitted license online via text message, ended up not applicable to truck/store (had to resubmit at store) and Uhaul signed me up for storage instead through that text. Such a mess.
