Upon returning I didn't understand what attendant was telling me about leaving keys in the vehicle as she talked fast and low. I was there right at 9 am on a Sunday morning and this was my first experience. All in all it was an overall good experience.

The truck wheels were out of alignment. It took 40 minutes for me to pick up the truck even with the express check in. You guys need to keep up with the maintenance of trucks and service.

First, I want to say Steve and Mindy were both excellent in customer service! Friendly and helpful, patient with my questions (first time renting and was 15foot truck with add ons). Can improve this way: my reservation was 730. Long wait, fine. But the man ahead of me said he had a 8am. Would be better if it was called out, everyone with 7am (then 730) appt please keep your place in order of arrival and I will get to you first/next (and so on). That would begood business -because likely, as with me, we each had family/friend helpers on stand by according to our appt and travel times. Just like doctor offices, etc. Anyhow, that is a company consideration and hopefully no reflection on Steve. My check out with Mindy? She kindly resolved the discrepancy with my actual gas gauge at start (I took photo before ever putting the truck in gear), realizing P/W noted a 1/4 tank difference to Uhaul's favor. Again, over all a very positive experience due to your employees! Mary Follin.

No smoking in the trucks should be mandatory. Heated mirrors would also be helpful.

Your company charged me for an overnight rental and I did not rent overnigby. I had the vehicle for approximately 90 minutes and handed the keys to a staff member at 6.59pm, after parking the vehicle in the gates lot at 6.58pm, all clearly prior to the 7.00pm closing time. It is unreasonable to have charged me overnight for a less than two hour rental. I will be disputing charges on the credit card and reporting to all applicable agencies and websites. I have never had a problem like this before with Uhaul and I am extremely disappointed.

All I have to say is giving out a cleaning fee for a little dirt in the back is stupid. Especially if the days before snow had just melted. If you need to make more money either increase the prices of rentals or at least waive the cleaning fee on days where it is litteraly dang near impossible to not get any dirt in the back.

I booked the trailer on line to save time. On arrival I had to wait approximately 25 minutes to get to cashier who was by herself and helping other customers. She was very helpful but I ended up wasting a lot of time repeating the same info again which I already had given during online booking.

Had to ask the guy on the lot to remove 4 inches of snow from the bed of the pick up truck rented. He did do it but it seems to me that this should be done without request.

There's needs to be better customer service. Your employees need to greet customers when they walk in or acknowledge that the see them. If their is a line call for back up, do not let the customer ask if their is anyone else available.

Takes too long to get checked out. Nobody was at the front desk when I got there on a Saturday morning and the entire process of looking at pictures on your phone of the truck is a colossal waste of time. "Just zoom in on the picture and note the damage". Please.
