Hi - Thank you for being there for us when we needed a big vehicle to transport our belongings to our new home! I thought I had reserved the truck online for around 57 $for 24/hours with mileage and insurance coverage, however, after arriving and going through the transaction process and getting in the truck, it hit me that somehow I was charged 77 $for the same. Hopefully this doesn't happen in the future, because we al know every penny counts, ESPECIALLY during a move from one residential location in one town to another residence in a neighboring town. The check out on the app was not at all user friendly. I was there for almost an hour trying to get it done. I was sent a link that I couldn't update my location on. So I downloaded the app as instructed but I couldn't find where on the app to enter my location. I was about to give up when somehow I stumbled onto what I needed. First I was requested to bring the truck and trailer to that location which was 30 minutes away. They said that I would get 25 $for doing so. Then I return it and they were surprised that I had a trailer. Then they wanted to charge me 25 $for not folding blankets. My gas tank was about 3 gallons from where it was supposed to be, a quarter tank, and threatened to charge me 10 $per gallon to fill it up. My questions are as follows: 1) why the nickel and diming? 2) at what point is too much too much? I mean 10 $? I filled up with an extra 2 gallons, should I charge 20 $for that? I get the principle of it but not the price. 3) why was I not given my receipt upon submission of the vehicle and trailer? What if there were any problems with it that I didn't know about and I got charged extra money without the ability to defend myself? 4) where's my 25 $?Nicolas O.

Couldn't answer a question. Flaggstaff rep said if we turned the truck in early I would get some money back. Phx employee walked out transaction and said I had to call Flaggstaff location about getting partial payment back. Called and was told employee was new and misspoke. Truck was very dirty and disgusting inside! Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke with ashes all over dash and steering wheel/console area! I cleaned the interior of truck and wiped it down with sanitizing wipes after picking up and upon return I did the same!Andre E.

Extremely inconvenient experience and would like to be compensated and accommodated for my negative experience, loss of time, and loss of money : The van was covered in dirt and it's observable that it hasn't been washed in a significant amount of time. The van had trash inside including but not limited to: candy wrappers, plastic packaging, napkins, brochures. The security staff admitted that they were not available to open the gate resulting in me waiting 30 minutes for someone to finally open the car gate. Security then ordered that I move the van and drop the key off in the return box despite the U-Haul app approving of my parking location with the pictures that were sent to them directly via the u-haul app. The key was returned to the appropriate location but the van remained in the app approved location. Using U-haul made my moving experience even more difficult. completely unsatisfied.AlexÃs C.

My original reservation was unavailable. I had to drive half an hour to get another one. The trailer was dirty. I dropped it off exactly the way I received it. I got charged a 15 $cleaning fee. I can't get a call back to resolve it. When you call in, you get routed to a corporate call center with a 15-20 minute wait time. You can't reach the local store for help. Fist rental agent was rude, and wouldn't stand with the verbal agreement on bringing it back by 1pm. I had to leave and pick it up later in the day to have the 24 hrs The rear tire pressure was under inflated at 25 pasig and the one in front of it was over inflated at 80 pasig. The tire sidewall said 65 Psig max. All the tires are worn and should be replaced.JACK H.
