Extremely inconvenient experience and would like to be compensated and accommodated for my negative experience, loss of time, and loss of money : The van was covered in dirt and it's observable that it hasn't been washed in a significant amount of time. The van had trash inside including but not limited to: candy wrappers, plastic packaging, napkins, brochures. The security staff admitted that they were not available to open the gate resulting in me waiting 30 minutes for someone to finally open the car gate. Security then ordered that I move the van and drop the key off in the return box despite the U-Haul app approving of my parking location with the pictures that were sent to them directly via the u-haul app. The key was returned to the appropriate location but the van remained in the app approved location. Using U-haul made my moving experience even more difficult. completely unsatisfied.AlexÃs C.

My original reservation was unavailable. I had to drive half an hour to get another one. The trailer was dirty. I dropped it off exactly the way I received it. I got charged a $15 cleaning fee. I can't get a call back to resolve it. When you call in, you get routed to a corporate call center with a 15-20 minute wait time. You can't reach the local store for help. Fist rental agent was rude, and wouldn't stand with the verbal agreement on bringing it back by 1pm. I had to leave and pick it up later in the day to have the 24 hrs The rear tire pressure was under inflated at 25 pasig and the one in front of it was over inflated at 80 pasig. The tire sidewall said 65 Psig max. All the tires are worn and should be replaced.JACK H.

The service is very bad, as it is possible that I rent a service at 12 o'clock in the day and when I pick up the trailer and go home I see that it has a lock and I had to return to see what happened with this situation. And what the employee responds to me is to go to the home depot and buy tools to break the lock, this has never happened to me, it is disrespectful.HANDERSON GIOVAN B.
