My original reservation was unavailable. I had to drive half an hour to get another one. The trailer was dirty. I dropped it off exactly the way I received it. I got charged a $15 cleaning fee. I can't get a call back to resolve it. When you call in, you get routed to a corporate call center with a 15-20 minute wait time. You can't reach the local store for help. Fist rental agent was rude, and wouldn't stand with the verbal agreement on bringing it back by 1pm. I had to leave and pick it up later in the day to have the 24 hrs The rear tire pressure was under inflated at 25 pasig and the one in front of it was over inflated at 80 pasig. The tire sidewall said 65 Psig max. All the tires are worn and should be replaced.JACK H.

The service is very bad, as it is possible that I rent a service at 12 o'clock in the day and when I pick up the trailer and go home I see that it has a lock and I had to return to see what happened with this situation. Dear U-Haul Senior Management, We successfully completed an in-town move yesterday, renting one of your 15 foot trucks - Order #26876680 through no help of your staff. While we tried your online pickup through the smart phone app, our experience was nothing short of disappointing and traumatic. Apparently the truck assigned to us where I had entered driver license information, coverage, etc. which we found on site was switched out to another customer at the very time we were supposed to pick it up. Instead of a professional, customer service explanation of the ensuing confusion over the change, the situation quickly escalated into your undisciplined representative Leaym, working under Kevin Bybee, GM berating myself, wife, and son with a series of F-bombs. My son questioned the assigned truck change and Leaym immediately went into a tirade saying and I quote. . . â€œFuck You!, Fuck Off, and I'll cancel your contract.â€ Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Fortunately, your security guard, Emilio Avila, kept a level head and helped diffuse the situation. He is to be commended for preventing a physical altercation. I understand he has written an incident report. I fully expect your untrained, undisciplined employee Leaym to be fired immediately. Further I expect your general manager to be reprimanded for allowing a destructive, uphauling work environment for these young, untrained representatives. Unprofessional wildly understates your U-Haul at Elliot Rd. moving center experience. I've been renting equipment from U-Haul for years with great success and no difficulties.
