Need to work harder to schedule drop off at most convenient location the first drop off you scheduled was an hour away. Seems like you are scheduling to fit your inventory needs and not customer convenience. When I call to get a better location you did work out a better location but should not of had to make that call
Employees were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

My original drop off location was 8047 Ferguson, which was a dealer. That location should be stripped of their ability to be a uhaul dealer. The lady there behind the counter told me she was in training and wasn't qualified to accept the vehicle and refused to do so.

Dropping off can be difficult if the lot is full. Person that checked in the trailer was very helpful and made sure the road was clear when we were backing out.

Make sure they a picture iof the miles before the customer drive off so customer won't pay for extra gas

I hate renting from uhaul they always find a way to charge your card after u return the vehicle even after u out the right amount of fuel...

Staff was very friendly but I should have asked to see the gas mileage before taking the truck. Everything turned out fine.

This trailer had bad tires on it Had my truck vibrating Then the jack would not work
Rhe lady behind the counter was great. The man who hooked up the trailer was through, very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to him. He went through thr trailer more thoroughly than I have ever seen and made rhe experience super easy and quite friendly. I didn't get either name but I commend them both. Black lady behind rhe counter on that Sunday. And a white guy with a beard hooking up the trailer. (Hope that helps ID them. They deserve comendation!!)
Great service
I reserved a 6x12, my reservation was confirmed, and I checked in over 24 hours before arrival. When I arrived at the pickup location, I was told that I would be getting a 5x10 instead. No prior notification of the change had been given to me. I needed a 6x12. The manager seemed to indicate that this is normal business practice for uhaul. Both he and I were frustrated. It was truly disappointing and hard to believe. Because of this experience, I have very little trust in uhaul.
Starting online helped get the process transpire, very helpful in store service.
Incredibly nice and helpful service, I had read of 5 by a 5th a Queen size bed and assume the 5 by 10 which I ended up renting would do the same but it was really tight hard to get in I had to kind of rip the fabric.
They got me the best deal for my money. They were friendly and very efficient.
Personnel were helpful in determining the equipment best for my need. Also cheerful and friendly. Equipment was in very good condition. And this was a Saturday morning, a busy time with a number of higher value truck rentals than my smaller transaction. Top notch service.

Location and pickup went great. The wait time when calling Uhaul is way to long. Takes 10-20 minutes for someone to answer.
Was told when I picked up the uhaul that if I needed for longer than my reservation then I would be charged for another day & to just i couldnt keep the truck for another 24 hours but for 15 hours, but would still be charged for the 24 hour rate.

Even the service tech who came out for roadside assistance said this was his second starter that went out in 2 weeks. This is not a good practice and could be very unfortunate for customers.

Even though it took them an hour to get us the right truck it was not the rep problem the customer did not bring the truck back on time so just so happen another customer brought there truck back well before time which allowed us to still move our things the same day so I give the location perfect score do to been patient and positive awesome people Nikki and her crew thanks again
Pros: 1. Has always had vans available when I needed to move a customer last minute 2. Has plenty of parking Cons: 1. Too busy for number of staff on hand which leads to #2 2. At every other location, counter pickup is faster than mobile pickup during business hours which is why I always choose counter pickup but this location won't allow me inside without a mask (medically I can't wear a mask) even when I'm practicing social distancing and not sick. Actually read Governor Abbott's executive order and the order from the city of Dallas which says that someone who medically can't wear a mask but still practices social distancing and isn't sick, doesn't have to wear a mask. Instead I'm discriminated against and forced to wait an extra 30min to an hour before I'm helped.

ITs understandable when staff is short, there will be a bit of a longer wait.
I was charged $20 without notice, for dropping my truck off overnight a day and half EARLY, under the allotted mileage, and with a full tank of gas. Nothing like being nicked and dimed and ripped off. This fee was not disclosed to me up front, when we told the folks at pick up we'd be dropping it over night, nor did they call me to advise they would be charging me today.
Hire better employees at the Atlanta location . They don't give a shit.
Be efficient. Be faster. Change you in house system of checking ppl in. Wasted and hour to get my paperwork and there were only 4 ppl in front of me.
I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
