All the employees were slacking off, playing around. The girl assisting my father and I was maybe not trained very well, had no idea what she was doing. The woman in charge was more concerned about entertaining and flirting rather than doing her job. No one showed me where I could find the rental. I had to go deal with finding the wiring for the signals/hazards myself. There was no one working outside at all. Garage left open and unattended. I'm surprised you guys don't worry about people stealing your tools in there. The whole thing took much longer than it should have. Might I suggest hiring a completely different team.

Reserved furniture dolly online, and was not advised that there was no dolly available until after I paid for reservation as made online. The agent who helped me didn’t know how to give me a refund, and I had to ask for him to call his manager who was already out of the office. They ultimately have me the refund but it was time consuming and frustrating - don’t allow a customer to reserve equipment you don’t have. Then, the door for 5x8 wouldn’t shut at first and the agent had to call another agent to get it to work - test your equipment before customers get here to ensure everything is in order. And, finally, the staff seemed disorganized and generally disengaged.

Improve the communication between the store employees and customers. Some of us had to wait over 30 minutes before we were taken care of. The employee would walk by several times with out saying a word.

I rented The trailer utilizing the app. Upon arriving at the location I completed everything and was informed by your agent that none of the information I provided could be used and had to redo everything. She was hostile and called me Impatient. To this point I’ve had great success utilizing the app and short-cutting my time at the counter. No such luck in this instance and given the lack of customer service I would’ve preferred and expedited trip. This location is the most convenient To my place of business but I will never use it again.

U-haul within 69 miles blew tire. After looking at internal back tire condition- vehicle was rented w nearly bald tire. Unacceptable lack of diligence on behalf of provider - poor rental condition no surprise as desk clerks lack ownership and are simply there to process a transaction. App was not intuitive - required desk clerk service at pick up. Overall unremarkable experience

Trucks need a lil bit more maintenance or maybe more newer vehicles other. Then that everything good ..!

Super crowded on a Saturday morning. The associate that helped me really hustled and was super polite and helpful, but I'd recommend having two or three people on the team for a busy Saturday morning rather than just one. I waited a bit longer than I would have liked.

The young man forgot to put the blankets in the truck. I was given credit for them at the home office. Turns out I didn't need them anyway so all was good.

Customer service was poor, slow, person at the desk had no enthusiasm for his job. Customer service need to work much faster and not keep customers having to have very long wait.
