The trailer was dirty but the guys were so helpful with getting it attached to my vehicle and making sure I had all the right stuff (adapter for the lights etc) I didn't mind much. They also changed a tire on the trailer after I noticed a large gash in the side of it - and they seemed happy to do so if it would make me feel more comfortable (which it did). I will actually go out of my way to go to this location if I ever need a U-Haul truck or trailer again because of the hardworking and helpful guys that work there.

I've rented from this location several times,there is always trash on the trailers. But yesterday was the tip on the iceberg,I had to load my own trailer,check lights all while the employees were just standing there looking at me. Well that was my last time renting from yall,customer service sucked.
Utility dolly was not in truck. Had to make a trip back to pick one up. I had already paid for it.
Was charged an extra day fee for being 3 minutes late and the lady did not give a receipt or talk to us. She grab keys out of my hand and took off to go to the back office. I had to track her down over the next 15 minutes and ask her if there was anything else she needed from me to check out. Dreadful experience.
Overall my equipment was in good shape, clean and got me from point A to point B without hassle. The main feedback I have is for the team onsite. I returned my truck by providing the keys to the front desk clerk. I was told I was good and saw the clerk drive off in the truck. I received a call two days later asking why I never returned the truck. They cleared things up and I got my final receipt once they found it onsite but it was a bit scary to know I potentially could've had an issue with a 'no-return', maybe they just need more help from a staffing standpoint.

The location was fine, but if you guys are not going to discount my services in accordance with the promises you make to your clients and Your failure to deliver upon them, giving my reservation away 3 times in 48 HOURS! then your call center agents assuring me all three times that they have located the 26' I reserved at the â€œfollowing locationâ€ but sure enough not a single one had a 26'. At the end of the day I was charged the exact same amount for something I didn't reserve (20'), this set me back 2.5 hours And caused me to lose nearly $500 in furniture (only time for one load and truck not big enough for entire load). Even you're employee at the location told your support center you need to discount my services and you guys still think you have the right to charge me full price, even though at BARE MINIMUM you at least owe the $50 you literally advertise you pay if you guys screw up the reservation.... I believe the exact words are something like â€œYour reservation Guaranteed at your pick up location, if not we'll pay you $50â€ . I'll put it this way, you essentially owe me money and though I'm not going to waste my damn time taking you to court over it as that would be a waste, I wanted to let you why I will be flooding the internet with this story and why you have lost a uhaul customer for life, unless you rectify this situation.
Absolutely nothing could be improved. We were in a real time crunch after an unsuccessful search for a trailer the prior day. Jermaine, the incredible Haul employee on duty at the Ferguson site, found a trailer for us and resolved an issue with the wiring hook-up, though we did not have an appointment (our prior reservation had been mistakenly made scheduled for Tennessee, NOT Dallas). He did all this while managing a flood of other unscheduled clients (he rented 4 trucks and 2 other trailers WHILE helping us). We were out of there in 45 minutes and made it to the place where we were to pick up merchandise at DFW in plenty of time. Jermaine was personable and professional, he also, calmly, but firmly, ensured that all customers that came in had masks and face-coverings. He restored our faith in Uhaul ... it was great.
It would greatly benefit customers to model how cars should be loaded onto tow dollies. Customers should be given a clear explanation and demonstration.
Better customer service
I was charged the $25 dollar cleaning fee on my rental, due to weed smell or ciggerates i even provided photo to prove it, but when I returned the truck and completed my check out process I was the one charged. Not right.
I had to stand at the front desk for a bit before I was greeted. I also stood around waiting for them to check in the truck when I didn't need to. I had to ask if I could leave when I could have already left. The personnel also used a racial slur to address one another which made me uncomfortable and was very unprofessional.
Please have the equipment/trucks ready at the time of the appointment. I waited 3 hours after my pickup time to get my truck.
Took almost an hour to pickup a trailer. Returned it about an hour later. Got a call 2 days later asking where it was, told them I returned it the same day about an hour after I picked it up, they located it in yard, apologized, and then proceeded to charge me 2 extra days anyways. Tried to call, and they just picked up the phone to keep it from ringing and set it on the counter so I could just sit and listen to them checking in customers without ever acknowledging me. A wheels off location.

Was charged over 121 dollars for a 30 dollar uhaul truck. When I tried to get a refund on the over charge issue, they said they couldn't do anything about it.

they were nice. but the tire had a leak in it is, and had severely low pressure right after picking it up. the notification light wouldn't go away even after getting the tire replaced on my trip. i had to wait for roadside assistance for almost 2 hours. uhaul corporate support was confusing and had me call multiple locations. there should be a place to review customer service policies, not just the store locations.
Appointment was at 7 AM. Location was significantly understaffed. Rental was finally completed at almost 9 AM even with advanced reservations and online check-in. The staff I worked with was very friendly and courteous but visibly frustrated with the lack of help at the counter, checking out equipment, and computer problems.
Pick up was great. The employee there was very helpful and courteous. Wish I could say the same about the drop off. Since this location also sells propane, I thought I would make an additional purchase and fill up the tank while returning the trailer. There were two employees working, and one was helping a customer fill up their propane when I pulled up. I waited by the check out area until he cam back over and mentioned I'd also like to purchase some propane. We were going to celebrate that night with some steaks. He informed me he already shut it down and gave me a "sorry" shrug. I understand wanting to go home at the end of the day, but it wasn't quite closing time. Amazing customer service is usually memorable, but bad customer service is more often unforgettable. I don't live near the store, so the convenience of returning the equipment and filling up the tank at the same time would have been helpful. Unfortunately that was not the case.
Let the employees take the pic of the driver's license. The links on the phone, etc. are a pain.
