My experience was a complete disaster. I will not use uhaul again. My location was changed and then I show up and they don't have my truck. I then am told to go to another location. They didn't have my truck as well. I then am told to go to another location that is 5 miles away from where I am moving. I wasted half my day on trying to locate a truck. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 9am. I finally got my truck at 3:30. The truck I got had no gas. It said it had half a tank. I started driving and realized it was actually on E. Terrible experience and terrible customer service who wanted to argue when I tried to explain my frustration on the phone.

Christian M.My vehicle had a check engine light turn on half way through the move. We had to go to a different U-Haul change trucks after they said that 3 cylinders were missfiering then had to move cargo between trucks and then pay for more gas to get back to Dallas. At the end they only comped the millage and I still had to pay for gas ($140) and the cost of the U-Haul rental (around 50). Was told if he really wanted to he could have gone in and charged the total price. Overall took a lot of work to fix issues that were no fault of my own.
Lennon C.This location is horrible! They are renting their vans and only want a credit card to pay for their cargo vans and trucks. Which means the owner can't pay for their vans. So, they inconvenience their customers but telling them they have to pay with a credit card??? That's not my problem you leased your vans. I should be able to pay with my debit card (I do this weekly at other uhaul and always pay with my debit card, and I leave it on file!) and any form of payment to rent a u haul. I will never go here again. Trash! FYI this location is in the hood and hood people don't have credit cards! Lol. Your losing money!

Like substantially greater then what was discussed to the point where I never could have afforded this rental in the first place it was almost as if I was lied to just to get the truck rented then didn't care what happened after that or return of truck. Will never rent from uhaul again nor will I advertise your business to ANY of my friends and family.

Worst was that I had paid for 2 furniture dollies. They didn't have any dollies at all. Had to move all furniture without dollies.

GARY C.After loading the U-Haul in returning to my pickup location to attach my car dolly I noticed the check engine light was on I asked the service attendant if he could check it out he informed me that the truck was low on oil after topping it off he assured me everything would be fine their calculating the miles per gallon on noticed I was getting 7,1 MI per gallon for my $1 068 mi trip costing me more than 570 in fuel 😡
Jerald H.The truck I was given had a broken driver side door. It closed, but was partially open where I could hear air going through. The panel read that the driver's side fore was open. The latch for the back also was broken and the light was on in the panel. Thankfully all doors stayed closed but it was the most unsafe I've ever felt in a Uhaul. In addition, the steering g wheel shook which indicated something off either with the tires or something else, lending further to me feel unsafe. I didn't return it because I had limited time to pick up furniture I had purchased. The workers were incredibly overwhelmed and understaffed. I had to wait for awhile just to get the truck. Then when I got my keys, there were at least 6 people in line behind me. The workers said there were usually 4 people staffed there on Sundays, but there were only 2. When I returned the truck, it was past closing (I didn't know what time they closed, the message I got through text said to return by 5:30pm and I returned by 5:10pm). A worker was closing up and said I could check out online. I tried for several minutes - the website said it needed my location. I followed all the steps to allow the site to know my location and it wouldn't work. I finally had to ask the worker who was still there and he said he would check it out for me (he was clearly exhausted - I wish I had gotten his name because this was a huge help since the website wasn't working). This location needs more workers and better over site on maintenance if its trucks. Also the website to check out needs to be more user friendly.

Michael M.We were given a van that was filthy. That had been smoked in, traces of drug paraphernalia, weed buts, trash, cans from drinks. Not to mention the van couldn't even drive properly and was a hazard to be operating. I expect a full refund!

Antwanette W.I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we're all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
