The staff and manager were rude. The manager did not acknowledge customers. Only one person was courteous. I rented a dolly but it was not in the truck, I had to go find one because the staff members would not help me locate a dolly.

Joyce M.driveway full of trucks out to street could not pull truck in entrance, had to go around to exit and a guy finally let me pull in and park and no one would check my unit or my returned applicance dolly and blankets i left in back of truck, so i went and found a guy in a truck and he said just leave they would check it in, so i did

The person that called me to tell me a 26' truck was not available or I had to drive over 40 miles to get a truck that was on reserve for over 6 months. The person I believe her name was Octavia was awful. I gave her suggestions as to what might be acceptable. I was still shorted on space and had to leave 4 dining room chairs and a large 8X10 rug. I used professional packers to pack the truck and trailer and it still didn't fit my stuff and I had significantly less stuff than what I originally moved with. The truck rental service was horrible. We also had an issue, had to call roadside assistance. Only to find out the insurance was useless. You should offer a discount when folks bring their truck back early, that way you will have less people keeping the trucks longer. This rental experience (truck wise) was a real shitshow. I have an issue with not getting the size truck I ordered and was still shorted on the cubic space needed, as a result things were left behind.

James C.Pictures on the truck I rented were not updated so I had to dispute pictures which took a little extra time but the process worked. The picture on the app didn't show the front bumper that was damaged when I picked up. The damaged bumper didn't affect the truck but I wouldn't want to pay for someone else's damage.

Jeff H.I arrived for my 8 AM reservation and no one was there to let me or anyone else in until 8:33 in the morning. That is 30 minutes after the set opening time for this location because the staff was late. After the staff arrived, one rep was jumping from terminal to terminal helping 3 people at once, which seems very unprofessional. You help one person at a time to give that person all of your attention. It was until after 9 that I was able to get my reservation and get my keys to the truck that I rented. Which was over an hour after my reservation. I would like someone to contact me about this poor service. The gentleman didn't even seem to care about his role or everyone else's time.

Robert M.Really disappointed in U-Haul. Location was changed type of vehicle was changed and the staff didn't seem to really know what was going on. Return, I had to wait an extended period of time, then the U-Haul person told me I could go that my receipt was mailed to me. After reviewing my receipt I discovered they check the Vanian at 2 PM when I had actually brought it in at 11 AM. I have time stamped receipts from the store I stopped at on the way home to prove the time. U-Haul owes me 1995+ tax for the extended period of time they charge me. Your agents are idiots! Elaine M.I am going through a crisis. The woman who is cyber stalking me had my U-Haul towed. I picked it up the next day from the impound and was loading my last load when uhaul managers showed up and demanded the truck. They would not give me the opportunity to speak. I asked for the cops they said we're there, but there were no cops. Just more U-Haul managers to bully me. I hate this company and will never use or recommend them to anyone. They don't care if someone is trying to kill you. BTW I was wearing a bulletproof vest because I am being stalked and they still treated me like trash.

regine G.My husband and I are moving from Bryan, TX to Midlothian, TX and rented the 5x8 trailer on 5/20/2022. When my husband arrived the trailer we reserved had a flat tire so my husband was told he would be upgraded to the next size at no additional cost. We returned the trailer a day early and when reviewing the receipt we see that we were charged for the larger trailer but at the rate for that sized trailer and not at the lower rate. My husband will be going by the U-Haul dealer to speak with the manager he talked to the day of the rental pick-up. If the rate was not going to be honored then why offer to do so. My husband even questions the contract that stated the wrong rate and the manager said he would "fix it in the system". I guess he never did. Moving is stressful enough without having extra cost incur.

VILEESE A.My experience was a complete disaster. I will not use uhaul again. My location was changed and then I show up and they don't have my truck. I then am told to go to another location. They didn't have my truck as well. I then am told to go to another location that is 5 miles away from where I am moving. I wasted half my day on trying to locate a truck. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 9am. I finally got my truck at 3:30. The truck I got had no gas. It said it had half a tank. I started driving and realized it was actually on E. Terrible experience and terrible customer service who wanted to argue when I tried to explain my frustration on the phone.

Christian M.I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we're all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
